We had a wonderful stay. Dee made us feel welcomed and so relaxed. The scenery was beautiful and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Best breakfast in the world! Five stars ⭐️ 


One of the best Bed and breakfasts we stayed at !

First time staying at a bed and breakfast. Dee and Wendy were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful.  The room was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic.  Would recommend to anyone travelling thru this way.  I would definitely stay there anytime.

Amazing,,,

When we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm friendly welcome. It was our wedding anniversary trip to Canada, so Dee brought us cute mini champagne bottles as a little celebration which was such a nice gesture.

Our room was on the bottom floor, large and airy looking out over the front lawn and mountains. It was a nice fresh day outside so watching the clouds blow over was such a relaxing end to a day of driving/being in the car. Our room also had an ensuite which was so wonderfully stocked with proper shampoo, soaps and amenities.

Breakfast was fantastic, We had a lovely home made quiche and juice. so yum! We sat at the table in the morning with a lovely couple and their children. It was actually such a nice start to the morning to feel like you were at a friends home. We got chatting and even gave the kids and some amazing s'mores muesli bars I stocked up on in the States prior to Canada. The parents were very thankful given they had a drive ahead of them and Dee joined us all as we packed for the morning, ready to head off on our journeys and saying our goodbyes.

Do stay here if you get the chance! It'll be a beautiful one.

Thanks to the great reviews on here we booked a night and loved it!
The room was lovely and the home well kept. Lots of laughs shared with our Hostess Dee and her sister Wendy!
Breakfast was spectacular, the hostess simply couldn’t have been any better.
We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Surprise 

We spent three wonderful nights at Rose Cottage B&B in August and in conclusion it was the best accommodation of our whole trip and the best B&B we have ever had. Dee and her sister were very friendly and made delicious breakfast of e.g. homemade granola, yoghurt, omelette and cake or muffins every morning. We had never had such a good breakfast in a B&B before. I let Dee know that I am a vegetarian before our trip and it was no problem at all. Our room was on the ground floor with a lovely view of the garden and the mountains. We had a huge kingsize bed which was the most comfortable bed our our three weeks journey through Canada. The bathroom was spacious and clean and we were offered lots of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The living room is incredibly comfortable, I wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy it even more. On our first night I spend the evening with Dee and her sister on the porch talking, I really enjoyed receiving some more information on the area, the wildlife and Canadian history. Valemount is a beautiful place with a variety of hiking trails and free time activities (I can highly recommend Willow Ranch for horseback riding). It is close enough for (half) day trips to Mount Robson Provincial Park and even Jasper. If we travel to Canada again one day, we will definitely return to Valemount and stay at Rose Cottage.

Beautiful B&B with the best breakfast and super friendly hosts

A group of seven friends spent an extra long weekend at the Rose Cottage.   Dee welcomed us all and we immediately felt at home visiting around the warm fire in the living room.  The bedrooms were roomy, exceptionally clean, and the beds so comfortable.   The homemade breakfasts were a great start to busy days ahead.... hiking the many trails and a day trip to Jasper....yet the weekend was so relaxing.  We really felt at home there.  Thank you Dee!!!

Your home away from home

Extremely clean home and large bedroomoom. Comfortable bed and nice tub in the ensuite. Easy access from main highway.  Dee was an exceptional hostess, made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to visit with.  She makes an Awesome granola which would have been enough to eat on its own.....but then came delicious omelette, hash browns, toast, and garden tomatoes with fresh basil!! Would definitely return.

Cozy, comfortable home & great hostess

I can't help but give this wonderful B&B the highest score. The owner is a fantastic lady, very kind, she made us feel at home. With our son (Zeno, the 3-year-old Italian blonde, I'm writing to the lady who might read us and remember us!) it was incredible. The wonderful room, tastefully furnished, bed very comfortable, excellent Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast is prepared at home and it's something really sublime, finally a dish made with love!

An Unforgettable Stay

A good honest clean bed and breakfast and quiet.
Breakfast until 0815 so get up early.
Good stop off place on the way to Canmore from Whistler.
Hearty breakfast very freindly,Dee made us feel right at home.

Overnight stay

We stopped by one night during our transfer from the parks of Alberta to Vancouver. A great B&B, with a very large and beautiful room. A great breakfast and very kindly the owner and her friends who welcomed us very warmly.
