The place is very nice and very quiet, but while the tiny cabins give you perfect service, there is no back cleaning during your stay, neither in the tiny ones nor in the quinchos sector.

 Lack of cleaning.

We stayed in the Tiny Cabin which has the advantage of having a kitchen and bathroom inside. It is perfectly equipped for 4 people. The experience is very nice, especially because if you have a mobile phone Entel you have NO sign, which is an unforgettable gift for these times. The guys at the reception and Ignacio who is the administrator, were very kind and attentive at all times. It is an ideal place to go with children. You can ride everything on a bike and there are hikers and trails to go out for a walk. If you prefer to stay in the football campsite, hot tin cans (you can charge for an hour). Ignacio runs a composting workshop for children and is an unforgettable gift for these times.

We will return as soon as possible.

I stayed in the best cabin, but the activities posted on the web don't exist, the self-guided walks aren't marked and are ultimately with your family with nothing to do. There's no customer service and the administrator is a case in point. He got angry when I told him that the service was bad and instead of containing and trying to solve it, he looked at me as a way to fight in the presence of other passengers.

Worst weekend in a long time, no repeat and no recommendation.

We went with our eight- and nine-year-old children, and on Sunday when they arrived there were no bicycles or boxes available (we were told that it was on arrival order), no horseback rides, as was stated in the brochure, no guidance on the available tracks, even pointing out one behind one of the houses, which we entered several meters away and was too dangerous to have with children, so we returned. There was no wifi everywhere, and we were given a bathroom in favor of the experience of the first day. Since it is a remote place, without internet, one should go to internar I recommend improving the available infrastructure: incorporate pinpon tables, tables, hammocks or restrooms, as well as activities that the family can do without.

There are no panoramic views.

Nice place and good infrastructure, but with people not trained in customer service, any consultation was taken as an aggression, giving answers to the defensive. On reading I can appreciate that this has already happened before and regrettably remains. Another point is the noise of propellers at night, it is unbearable, as warned, it is so strong that many of those who went to the camp woke up before dawn. If the campsite presents infrastructure improvements, doors are added to the houses. Finally I don't understand how if a vineyard buys this place, the merchandising is terrible and only counts with a couple of bottles for sale.

It's a nice place to camp this time we were in the Tiny Cabin which is a little more comfortable than the houses in general can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably and has its own bathroom, its own heating appliances (we went in winter), it's really a very nice place and I recommend it if you want to disconnect from the stress of the city.

A place to disconnect.

We left for the weekend with the risk of heavy rain that finally came to fruition. We went anyway, far from being frightened, and found ourselves in a beautiful place, with very clean and comfortable facilities that made you feel really comfortable on a campsite, but with the precise amenities. We were able to make a smooth roast under the roof. We also made the trekking through the vineyards and everything very nice. The breakfast was rich, except that the coffee wasn't the advertised Juan Valdez (a hair from the cola) A separate mention to those who were waiting for us, as walking on Saturday was only 2 and they had a lot of problems (the rain, I suppose), not only compiling much of them with the attitude that would make for activities that could have been better left aside, but the workshop was also filled with water on Saturday night (a few of us would have taken a day off to get back to the water).

A discovery was made.

Very hospitable the receptionists (J and J) always recover that you have a good stay. hot tubs very relaxing, clean and in the middle of the forest. we would return if we hesitated.

Excellent stay at the hotel.

We visited Indomo for a couple of nights to celebrate my birthday. The super clean and tidy site, the beautiful facilities full of details. There is much to see and explore by bike or walking. The best of all was the attention, Juan Carlos and Ignacio were our best allies, from helping us light up the asado (because we really had no experience) to being complicit in decorating the room on my birthday ❤️ they had a great time!! An excellent 7!!

The best attention 

We stayed for 2 nights, but we stayed longer! beautiful place charming its natural surroundings, our children happy with the composting workshops and the visit to the farm where they fed the sheep, we enjoyed a trekking, bike ride and fire.
