The room was impeccable, spacious, the only thing that would be perfect would be that it didn't have cable TV, but everything else was perfect, a bed of 2 super comfortable seats, a spacious bathroom. I got a room on the fifth floor with super good views. The heating was excellent for cold and rainy days. I went with my couple and told the hotel staff that it was for an anniversary, and upon arrival they had a bottle of champagne and chocolates, a very nice gesture.

 Mini-holidays

It's a well-located, central to mid-square area of the main street of Pucón where there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies. The room we stayed in had a large bed, mini refrigerator, heater and around the house they delivered coffee and tea. It has cable TV, mucus service. It's clean enough, but don't expect them to make the full bed just the stretcher. It has no air conditioning, no ventilation. It has parking and is quite spacious. I've contracted the breakfast service and the system they have is that they give a voucher to go to a restaurant called the Café de la P which is 2 blocks from the Apart Hotel and is always full from 08:30 onwards. It's a comfortable place.

A cozy place to stay.

It has towels, elevator, full laundry, table, chairs, drawers, soap, shampoo, ventilator. They have nothing to wash the laundry even if the laundry is done, the gymnasium is cleaner but is better.

This apart hotel, located in the heart of Pucón...next to banks, restaurants, etc. It offers very complete apartments, all functioning, freshly painted, changing towels, a diary, a terrace, etc. The bed was a king, solid, noisy and barely listening to music coming from a nearby location, but at a very low level.

The first is the location, excellent, in the center. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, heated, etc. The parking is spacious and safe. The receptionist's attention is very good. The only thing that makes them not excellent is for breakfast, they are on the other side and that place does not open very early, it did not serve me well.

A very good option for accommodation.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we have had no problems. the previous time in a room with breakfast in the café de la P which is great and this time in an apartment. (not including breakfast because it has a kitchen.) beautiful view, quiet 1 minute walk to the best restaurants in Pucón. private parking. happy return!

Excellent stay in Pucón

Hitel located in the center of Pucon and therefore very convenient with private parking the decent facilities were also of medium level as the bathroom dated beautifully the view of the volcano the neon of the room larger than it is very noisy and so you hardly sleep

It's a good hotel, but...

  Great location! we arrived with bus from valaparaiso it's just a couple of blocks from there, they let us check in earlier than we supposed to! Just great! The room was big and clean also the bathroom was great, Wi-Fi  worked most of the time , we stayed at the fifth floor was a little noise from street, but nothing annoying for us, we stayed 4 nights the hotel breakfast was awesome since u eat at "De la p " just around the corner, the personal was friendly and kind

For us this Apart Hotel was perfect, we had a double bedroom with en suite, a well equipped kitchenette with microwave, kettle and two ring gas hob, and a living and dining area, ideal for self catering. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent and our balcony had brilliant views of the volcano. We did have wifi in our room but it was not that reliable.

Excellent value

We had a very good time here, including breakfast at the Café de la P and also the gym.The rooms have boiler heating, which is always available for use, plus unlimited tea and coffee with an electric heater in each room.It has parking.
