We spent a total of three days in the hostel. The style is a little old-fashioned and the family pictures on the wall are really spooky, and you also feel a bit like BigBrother with the many cameras, even the family living in the same room is in need of adjustment. The positive is the breakfast, the stable Internet connection, the partly friendly family members (others don't care at all), the cleanliness, the cozy living room with TV. Everything is okay but nothing exceptional.

We arrived late evening. Checked on hostelworld, there still rooms available. We stepped in, two girls of the staff were sitting on the couch watching tv. Was hard to gain their attention. They said they were full, i insisted, they yelled at someone in an other room, who answered there was still space, so the girl finally gave up her tv show and let us in. We paid, no receipt, no datas on the guest book. The room was minuscule, with four beds so close to each other that was kinda one unic big bed. The whole hostel was smelly. All carpeted, and the carpet was sticky and dirty. Sheets on the beds were old and look like they hadn't been changed in a while. Only two common little bathroom for 4 dorms. And really really dirty. 
We wanted to rent trekking equipment, as they say on their webpage (the reason why we picked this place) but the service was not available.
Breakfast was minimal, and i got to rewash cups and plates before use, cause the "supposedly clean" one were smelly and sticky. The bread was days old, the milk and yoghurt were left all night out of the fridge in a very warm environment, not safe at all.
The storage room is open and unguarded, no control system whatsoever.
WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE EVER.

Dirty stinky place

This family smiles in your face but all they want is your money. They change the bedsheets only once a week which is disgusting. The cleaning lady cleans nothing just makes it look nice. The bread for breakfast is super old. At night it's very loud. Not enough lockers in the dorm. You can hear everything people are doing in other rooms. The kitches is disgusting dirty. Everywhere the family leaves their belongings from them their kids and dogs. They dont have any respect. If you ask for toilet paper the response is "wait " and after two hours you get some. Absolutely not worth any peso!!!!

The hostel does not generate an atmosphere of trust at all. You feel watched all the time and constantly share common spaces with the family (grandmother, brother-in-law, cousin, sisters...) not only do I understand at what point the common areas and private areas begin. The hostel Germans stayed a few days while I was in the Towers, returning for a while, telling me that I had not changed my sheets... the bathroom a garbage can. Although those are less harmful children too, what I liked was the discomfort they generate.

You don't want to live in a hostel, but you like to hang out with tourists.

A standard hostel in PN. Everything is expensive here so this place was fine for the price. There was a kitchen for use which was great as food in town is quite pricey. There was a guy working/cleaning & cooking in the kitchen who kept on making weird remarks to 2 of the girls travelling with us, as well as tapping them on the back etc a lot. It got quite uncomfortable. To be honest though, I think he had special needs maybe. Hopefully. It was weird though, and as for a lot of places in PN, this was the family's home, so they are all there with their 2 dogs and a baby etc. not a big deal but something to note. Internet was good and breakfast included was simple but fine. 

Nice enough

The place is very simple and familiar, below there is a television area and on the first floor there are the rooms. We stand in a double, comfortable beds and clean saunas. The bathroom is shared between many rooms, there are only 2. They are complete but not very clean, the shower has a gateway that the bottom side was sautéed. The breakfast is very simple, only coffee/te/chocolate and bread with butter and sugar, and also yogurt and cereals. For a soloist looking to rest is perfect. The best thing is that it is very well located, only 2 blocks from the main and the supermarket, the main one is located, and the main one is in the supermarket.

A place with all the amenities that a traveler needs, the staff is very kind and very helpful people who give you the option to keep your luggage on the days that are necessary when you go to the pressure towers.

There was no soap and they didn't care about replacing the toilet paper. A mediocre breakfast finally charged a little more to offer something better. There was only washing and drying the toilet...

The worst part is the bathroom.

We got stuck in Puerto Natales for a night because our ferry was delayed, so needed to find a place to stay overnight. This hostel had good reviews on booking, so I just reserved a private room there. I had no issues with the family who runs it, so I'm pretty surprised with all of those negative reviews here.
Anyway I would like to point out it's good location. It is in the city centre, very close to Unimarc, a huge supermarket and it's not that far away from the bus station.

A hotel with a very good location, top-notch care and rooms with the best standards.The care includes orientation to take a tour and visit the most interesting places in the city.They also orient you to good restaurants and prices.
