El Arrebol is not far from being a place drawn from an enchanted world. When approaching the hotel one cannot but feel transported and amazed by its facade and surroundings. Finding myself so far from my home has never felt so comfortable. At times you are taken by its impressive infrastructure and common areas, especially with the incredible view of the lake. Just taking the time, sitting in the courtyard or looking from the balcony, towards the horizon, is when you truly come to feel an unmistakable peace; just that one expects to find in the south.

A charming place...

What we liked most was the staff who, from the moment we were received, noticed their warmth and commitment to what we enjoyed. Then the breakfast and the lake views are great!

Arrebol is unique.

We arrived at this hotel through a booking portal and exceeded our expectations.The central idea of the hotel is wonderful, its architecture simulates being in the midst of nature, the furniture is incredible with its rustic design and originality.The rooms with a beautiful view of Lake Llanquihue.In addition, after a long sleep we woke up to have breakfast in the hotel's dining room with a beautiful view and products that were noted to be homemade, perfect breakfast!

We are a young couple who live in Barcelona and have been visiting Port Varas with my Italian boyfriend and the best of all was the hotel....is that the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to carry.The views to the lake are incredible, too beautiful to wake up with that beautiful panorama.Not to mention breakfast too rich!!! super casero todo y good quality. finally the staff super good and ready to answer your questions giving advice and recommendations from the city.... sure to return on my next vacation to the south. 100% recommended.

It's a quiet place to spend time with family, I liked the attention of a special person who made my stay very good.The landscapes near the hotel are very beautiful, I would definitely return.Recommended for those looking for tranquility.

Excellent stay at the hotel.

My husband and I had booked a night out. We had high expectations for the photos on the website...On entering I was left with a bad impression, the lobby was a freezer! and the very informal receptionist took us to the room (by a freezing hallway, in case of winter in southern Chile).Linda first sight of the room, though simple...when we opened the bed, full of hair! the sheets were never changed, and in a grain of telara in the bathroom door and hygiene... (The room was hot by an individual heater).

 Total disappointment.

It is a pity that a hotel with such a beautiful design and environment is so poorly maintained. The outdoor spaces were very careless, with weeds, water accumulated on the terraces. Poor cleanliness, no spare toilet paper, no replacement bathroom items. The rooms do not have air conditioning, which seems unusual considering that with 23 degrees that touched us in our room, it was impossible to stay in the room, which kept the heat stifling even at night. Only with the insistence of the manager, we brought a ventilator that did not break down the degradeable area of the living room either. The room was very quiet, generating a pocket every time we went out.

A complete disappointment, an excellent idea that was mis-executed.

The hotel is excellent, exceeds our expectations, the attention is very good and the place is wonderful, the views are wonderful, the breakfast is abundant and the decoration is beautiful.

The weekend is coming up.

A nice and cozy hotel in a quiet place overlooking Llanquihue Lake. Room 22 was huge and very beautifully decorated with wood motifs and local craftsmanship. The common areas also have picturesque details in their decoration and are spacious and cozy. The breakfast was simple yet correct yet repetitive. The coffee is remarkably improving. At night you can have craft beers and drinks in a small bar. Although it claims to have a restaurant, it shines by its absence. The downside of this hotel is staff management. The reception is empty most of the time and it is difficult to find someone who has a lot of problems.

A precious hotel, poorly managed.

We arrived at 12:30 am after a long journey and had no problems checking in which is appreciated.The breakfasts were plentiful and very rich.The only thing against was that we stayed two nights and did not clean the room and bathroom.
