Unfortunately, the facility is very old. Carpet frosted and broken, wood leaves from the door, shower almost falls apart, disgusting shower mat. This is extremely hard beds. Staff doesn't speak English. The location is okay, you're 10 minutes' walk from the main train station. Although credit card should not be charged / full amount paid upon arrival, the hotel simply booked the money for one night after booking via Hotels.com and denied this even at the beginning. Hotels.com was not a big help in cleaning up here either and so you had to let it be booked back manually to avoid being cheated. So from the hotel only to advise. For the money there are better alternatives in Beijing, you can't stay overnight here.

Obsolete furnishings, extremely hard beds, location OK

Location is the only good thin about this hotel: it is very close to Beijing Zhan. The room was very dirty, half of electric sockets in the room didn't work, very old dirty wallpaper, dirty carpet on the floor, old shabby furniture, dim bathroom with very old bathroom equipment. In-built ac didn't work.

Expected it to be better

We visited this hotel as leaders of a group of 60 teenagers.
The location is great, pretty close to everythig. There is a supermarket and change place right across the street.
Apart from that, the hotel rooms are not that bad (considering), but the bathroom/showers are in terrible shape!!!!! I have never stayed in a hotel that the showers looked like that. Dirty, broken down, and in horrible shape. Almost unfit for human use!

The staff spoke perfect chinies not absolutely no English  (didn't understand mime either).
My recomendation is to use Google translate all the time.

The breakfast was ok but kids do not eat that stuff.

This hotel should get some renovations

It's in a good location in the city center, next to a few nice restaurants, 5 minutes to the train station and the metro station, but the breakfast is just awful, and the rooms were unusually cold.

Horrible breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from the train station, near the station of two metro lines, 35 minutes walk from the pedestrian street of Wanfujin, 45 minutes walk from Tianmenmin Square, sock next to the Apple and Silk Market.. The hotel is decent, the rooms are tidy, but cleaned and changed every day, breakfast for three is good - a couple of meat dishes, lots of vegetables, butter, milk, yogurt, pepper, eggs, baked goods, drinks, except for tea and WiFi.

Price and quality match

The worst, the most dirty, disgusting hotel I've ever stayed.  Mould in the bathroom, water leaking from the ceiling when the occupant upstairs is taking a shower 😷 dirty carpet, very dark room.  Sinkhole cover in the bathroom was missing that you could see all the disgusting stuff in the drainage.  Toilet does not function properly that you need to flush at least three times to clean the mess.  People from my group had their money and watch stolen.  It is a miracle that this hotel is still in business.  Seriously, run away from this place, unless you want to get sick on the first day of your visit to Beijing.  

Nightmare

This hotel is well located in the city center, in front of the East Beijing train station. However, in itself, the hotel is catastrophic. From the very low ceilings, you feel narrow. A staff who obviously doesn't speak a single word of English. It's old, almost mild. Even better? No hot water in our room. We had to ask for a second. Besides, the second one had a faulty card, and since you're only provided with one room it's a problem. The rooms are tiny, the lighting is horrible, even if you turn on all the lights. The bathroom, a horror, a small bathroom, which you can see at 40 meters from the floor, not unused in the hotel. Only Location is good,close to railway station and subway, room isn't clean and bathroom was terrible, front desk staffs is good,restaurant on site not even open early for breakfast, I guess you pay what you get .

Average hotel

It's a clean hotel, near Beijing railway station. It's in a good location, on the main street, across from the Meridien Hotel. It's hard to find a taxi early in the morning. There's a bus station near the hotel, very cheap transportation, if you know the route. For example, Tiananmen Square/Forbidden City can be reached by bus 10 in just 1 yuan (RMB). We mostly took a taxi. Taxi advice: get in the car, then let us know your destination. It's better if the registrar of the registrar writes it in Chinese in advance.

The middle hotel

an average hotel,clean,near Beijing Railway station. site is good,on main street,just attached to hotel Meridien..Difficult to find a taxi in the early morning.Main bus terminal next to the hotel,very cheap transport if you know the route,  for example you can go to Tien An Man square/Forbidden city by bus no. 10 with only 1RMB.we travelled mainly by taxi.Tips for a taxi: get in the taxi ,then tell your destination,better if written in Chinese by hotel receptionist in advance. Poor breakfast.
