I'm not even one to complain easy, but this one here is just unbearable.

Pros: Location, near bus stops, hot shower, free hot drinks and water .

Cons: Staff was rude and dont give a single s**t about you because they know they will have next paying customers anyway (I politely asked for the free cup of coffee after I discovered the thermos as empty, I was replied with a cold shoulder saying "If it's empty then it's empty" and casually went back to his desktop probably just Facebooking), super cramped space (but its HK, it's kinda common), filthy, filthy like freakin filthy bathroom with used tissue paper all around (It was damn gross but I just had to deal with it),AC wasn't working, its basically a do-everything-by-yourself kind of a place.

Absolutely NOT recommended.

Their bunk bed was too high! The staff are not friendly, I asked them if I can use the empty one at the bottom but they refused. No one used it even after I checked out. Good thing I only stayed there for 1 night. The comfort room is too tight as well! Even for a 5 footer feels like small, what more for the big ones.

Not Recommended

This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at hostels before, and totally understand that the offering is meant to be pretty basic. However, it is not meant to be a total disregard of guests by staff.

The first room I was put in was right next to the reception. This would not be a problem in itself but the guy on reception decided to invite his friends over and play music and chat loudly late in the evening, which could be easily heard through the paper thin walls. When it became clear they weren't going to stop I asked to be moved to a room away from the reception.

The second room was covered by the junk of a hoarder who appeared to basically be living in one of the beds. This was not a huge issue for me though, and I proceeded to sleep for about an hour or so. At about 2am the hoarder came in, speaking Cantonese to himself loudly and pulling his bed and belongings apart. He would take things outside frequently, letting the door bang loudly as it shut each time. He completely ignored any plea to stop, but eventually informed one of the other guests in the room, in Cantonese, that he had seen a mosquito fly into his bed. Ridiculous. All that noise just for a stupid mosquito.

Eventually he finished tearing the place apart, with no intervention from staff despite someone working reception 24/7. Then at about 2.30am someone turned on the washing machine just outside the room which loudly vibrated through the walls and pretty much sealed the deal that I wasn't going to sleep at all that night. There was supposedly a rule that only staff were meant to operate the washing machine and not at night, but when I left at 4am I saw the employee sitting at the desk doing jack all while the washing machine happily rumbled away.

I would strongly recommend against staying here, it is by far the worst place I've ever stayed and one of the longest nights I've ever had.

Worst Accomodation I've Stayed At

Location is perfect lots of restaurants in that area. Took airport bus get off at Sino Centre cross Nathan Road. Room size is ok but no blanket only have a cotton towel.
Toilet is small only has shower. If you are over 200 lbs might have issue!

I booked this place on agoda, it stated on the app that i could pay at the property when i get there, however, when i arrived after a long flight the person at reception (Zacary) informed me that my booking had been cancelled because my card had been declined, even though i had recieved a confirmation email. He then offered me a bed that was free because a few people hadn't turned up yet and then tried to charge me more than double the price of what it was when i booked it (120 as opposed to 50) he said that the price had gone up on agoda but when i checked it was only at 80 so it seemed obvious to me that he was trying to pocket the money for himself. We then agreed on 100, however, he said that if the people turn up i would have to get out.. i then asked if i could get the money back if i get kicked out in the middle of the night but he then refused, gave me the money back and told me to get out, i asked him "what am i going to do though?" As this was at 2:30AM, he then said "i don't care and my company won't care" - worst experience i've ever had with a hostel and i've been travelling for three months now.

since each bed has its own mini locker and power socket, would be better if they add a mini bed side lamp for each bed so that the room light can be turned off for the convenience of others

눇I stayed on the 14th floor, rooms and toilets were small but kept clean. There are big lockers outside the hall and every bed has its own little locker, make sure to bring your own padlock. CCTV is everywhere and each room has its own passcode, so it’s pretty safe

I could say probably this is the worst hostel I ve been staying at such value. I arrived 11PM and try to sleep because at 7 am I should go out. I can officially guarantee you I couldn't rest at all. Every single hour someone was coming in and getting out. was a white night for me and at 5:30 I couldn't anymore when I listen a old guy scratching his legs and move all the bags inside the room so I took my bag and I left. I stayed outdoor till 7 and it was much more relaxing and refreshing.

Nightmare night! ... NOT AGAIN even if is FREE

(1) Great LOCATION: on Nathan Road, next to Mongkok Station in Kowloon.
(2) Small rickety BEDS: If you're 170cm (5'7") your toes will touch the bed's end board.
(3) Poor VENTILATION.  Only 1 small window controlled by 1 bunkee.  #1303's fan & A/C broken.  No air.  3 guys sick with cold.  Just awful.
(4) 1 BATHROOM for 6 beds.  Strong WATER PRESSURE.  SOAP available.
(5) Good WIFI.

The photos you see of Apple Inn look NOTHING like where I stayed on the 13th floor where the reception desk and 4 rooms are.  Front desk clerk Jackie asked me to write a review.  Everything I've stated above are facts.  YOU decide.  Jackie was my roommate.  I asked if I could use Apple Inn as an address for 1 package.  Jackie said no.  So I walked down a few blocks to a hostel I used to stay at: Hi Inn, the best hostel I've stayed at in Hong Kong.  They immediately said Yes, so what do you make of that?  And Jackie asked me to write a review.  Go figure.

SMALL BEDS & BAD VENTILATION

I spent 4 nights in this youth hostel. my stay was good, of course the rooms are small but air conditioned, the shower is in the bathroom but it's not bad given the price. until I returned to China because I found in my accounts that the hotel withdrew 2 times from my bank account. the second withdrawal is much higher!!!! shameful no answer from them no excuse no refund in sight.

How to Avoid Cheating

I stayed at this hostel for 4 nights. I'll go through the points: - the size of the room: obviously not for a claustrophobic host with a maximum of 1 square meter per person (expected for a hostel with such low prices) - cleanliness: cleaning in the room was not done, apparently not once in 5 days, garbage was only thrown away at my request, when nothing was already placed in the basket (again, a deposit is expected for the host of this price category. Every one saw) - towels: very small and not very pleasant to look like (expected for a hostel with such low prices) - cleanliness: 1 towel in the main hall was not done at the Hong Kong hostel (occasionally the hostel was built in Hong Kong) - towel in Hong Kong is not provided - towel in Hong Kong is provided - towel in Hong Kong is provided - towel in Hong Kong is provided free of charge - so I could have paid for this towel in a short time - it was impossible for me to use this towel in a short time (but I would have had to pay for
