The rooms are ok size but a bit stuffy. WiFi was not always stable. The breakfast was very chinese ..and did not really cater to Western tastes.. Also not much variation. Had lunch there 1's. Food was ok..and cheap for a hotel lunch. 
Hotel is also walking distance (10min) from Seaworld.. where one can get a wide variety of food including western style.

Ok for a short stay ..close to the company

Unfortunately my secretary booked me a room here. Luckily just for one night. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The rooms are stuffy, hot and desperately need to be updated. I couldn’t sit on any of the furniture because it is so badly stained. The air conditioning is totally inadequate especially during mid summer in Shenzhen. The mini bar did not work at all even though they place 2 cokes and a sprite in there which is very odd. In short this hotel reminds me of a badly maintained chinese type of hotel. The location is far from everything with no access to any western food at all both within the hotel and nearby. The nearest restaurant to the hotel is a fish restaurant and I don’t eat fish. I arrived at 7.30pm and was told that the hotel does not have a restaurant. I heard they had updated a few of the rooms and perhaps it was a pity I wasn’t allocated one of the newer rooms. 

Old & Tired

Location: The hotel is located in Shenzhen. There is really nothing more I can say as you would need to take your car anywhere anyway. There are restaurants and small shops all around so you will always find something to do or eat.

Check-In: Check-In was fast and friendly. The room was ready and I was on my way in no time.

Room: The room was smaller than the ones I had before. The look is modern and straight forward. There is a nice bed, a desk to work on and a small, comfortable chair with footrest. The bathroom was also smaller than usual but had everything you need. A shower, sink and toilet and all worked well.

The room was clean and was cleaned well during my whole stay.

Free water and all bathroom amenities are available.

Breakfast: Breakfast has everything you want. Western food, Japanese and Chinese food are available.

Staff: Staff is friendly and helpful. Almost everyone speaks English which is a bonus as I am a guest in their country.

All over all: It is a nice business hotel that has everything you need. A desk to work on, friendly staff and food. What more do you need?

Smaller room but still very good

Was on a short business trip to Shenzeh and stayed for 1 night, very conveniently located. It was about 20 minutes from Shekou Ferry Harbour - has lot of business centres around, good food in nearby restaurantes, breakfast was ok (being a vegetarian it is always a challenge when you are in China)...no great view.
ONly issue i had with the Fridge, it was wasn't working and did not realised it till next day monring...spoilt my French Cheese :(.. overall good hotel to stay (limited English speaking)

A Good Hotel to sya

The hotels location is nice, nothing special.
The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. A big bed and big bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
Everything is very modern and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, with lovely noms and a marvelous breakfast buffet.  We have stayed here previously n a very spacious and fine room.  This time, we were upgraded to a truly elegant suite with 1.5 baths, a sitting room with a desk, and a most spacious bedroom.  The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a most satisfactory gym.  While most Chinese breakfasts are plentiful, this one is also elegant.  The food is delicious and varied with offerings from freshly put together soup to sushi, dumplings and many western choices such as made to order omelets.  While any of the staff speak and understand English, many do not. We were able to communicate our wishes which were taken care of, but it can sometimes take a few minutes.
There is an evening buffet that looked terrific, but we chose to order a smaller meal a la c carte.  From Asian choices to hamburgers, the food was quite good.  
The location is not downtown and while most convenient for us, is a bit out of the way. If the location suits, we would highly recommend this gracious hotel.

Elegant Hotel in Shenzhen

Just Fab, needs to change its name though......it doesn't say 5*. We had room 620. which was a suite. Clean, fab bathroom, sitting room, stand alone bath with TV, two toilets (one that washes and drys you) changing room, comfy bed...ultra modern. Food great. Had a really great stay. Fruit and nighttime hot drink leave in our room.

Great Hotel

It's a 3/4 star Chinese so nothing to do with European standards, noisy, old-fashioned, smelling of tobacco in the bedroom and hallways, proper bed but ugly and cheap furniture, especially depressing when you travel alone for business!
