the worst experience I've ever had. I am leaving this hotel it is 22:45 with my pregnant wife to another hotel because they REFUSES TO CHANGE US TO ANOTHER ROOM. The room is very hot and they don’t want to turn on the A/C, they tell me to open the window but it is impossible to sleep with the traffic because the window faces the main avenue. VERY BAD ATTENTION, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

Was here on early June, and not very happy about it. Very expensive room and they only let one person from each room to have breakfast and it's kinda cutthroat....  The next day we shift to other hotel which was better then this..

I'd taken the train from Guilin to Shenzhen North with the aim of crossing into Hong Kong the next morning, so I simply wanted something convenient and good value.  This Vienna hotel struck me as a better option than the one near the mainline station, and was only three stops down on the metro.  Step out of the metro station, and you can practically see the hotel just passed the traffic lights, so very easy to find.
Nice welcoming staff, and a vey pleasant large bedroom awaited.  My 20 months old son ran straight to the big round bed and jumped on.  My wife and I soon joined him,  Such an excellent place.
I should say that the manager of the hotel helped us with our huge amount of luggage too, and the staff were helpful in the morning when we wanted to weigh that luggage (ready for a flight back to the UK), so we could know what else to squeeze in there.
The local area has a nice dumpling place and some pleasant little shops, but will get better still as there's a huge shopping mall being completed just over the road.

Terrific find

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights, the budget option is just for overnight stays, the staff is friendly, everyone understands, tries to help, the room has everything necessary, medium repair, but most importantly, a good price!

Budget hotel

The hotel location is in the middle of the residential area of Shenzhen with little around the property to walk to if you are seeking 'western' style food or entertainment. This is very much a Chinese hotel with little support in the English language in terms of menus or information.
I also noticed that there is only green tea left in the rooms for drinks and the cups are not changed or cleaned by the house keeping staff. Its only $40 a night and as they say you get what you pay for. Breakfast , if there's any left , is VERY Chinese with little apart from hard boiled eggs and maybe coffee for westerners...there is no a la carte menu either and not even scrambled eggs are not available! No bar and no evening meals although there are plenty of Chinese places outside in the street but again no English menus . Closest place, apart form KFC, is CoCo park where there are a number of food outlets open until 10pm and Bars that serve food till late. 
Hotel fittings are all fine and no problems there, until the lift broke down and nobody knew..stair case is outside and not well marked up when you get to the first floor roof!

Not on my list of places to come back to although if they fixed the service it would be a reasonable 3 star. well placed for the expo center 15 minutes away..that's why I'm here!
