These two bedroom townhouses are perfect for a family because they have full kitchen two bathrooms and a nice pool.  Very safe and just about a mile from the quepos marina.  Reccomended for anyone really. Well priced too compared to Manuel Antonio

Great place for family

Rented for a month in December and Duke (the owner) decided he would go against our rental agreement and just keep my deposit because he knew I was going back to the states and wouldn't be able to fight it. BE WARNED.. they have honesty issues. The employees are nice and the location is nice.. but nothing stings like having your hard earned money taken.

They stole my $800 deposit

We stayed in La Pacifica Hacienda on our last night in Costa Rica.  We choose it for it's proximity to the Liberia airport. 
When we pulled up to the entrance we were happily surprised at how green the hotels surroundings were.  
Check in was easy and when we arrived at our little apartment and opened the door, we were thrilled to see what a lovely space we were in.
Highlights:  Easy parking right in front of room, in-room fridge, comfortable bed, clean space, outstanding "porch" overlooking the grounds with rocking chairs, awesome swimming pool, howler monkeys and deer right on the grounds, helpful staff and good food, right next door to the Las Pumas rescue center (though you do need to drive to get there).

Beautiful Oasis

We've had two rooms that have nothing to do with the pictures presented. They make you think they're in the villas with a view of the pool. It's nothing. The rooms are in a gray building that's in front of the main entrance, these rooms are on the edge of cleanliness (we've even had caterpillars in the bathroom) and overcrowding is noisy and poorly soundproofed.

There were quite a bit of cockroaches in the room. The shower head was broken so it was very hard to take a shower. I live in CR so am ise to what we call a "suicide shower" but this one really felt suicidal. 

Should not have been so pricey x night for what we got.

A very safe, quiet place, it's a place for family to be near the beaches, there's no cleaning service but the facilities are very comfortable and the people are very friendly.

Had booked 2 rooms but upon arrival were given a villa since not that many guests on the property.
Very pleasant stay, just on the outskirts of Quepos, in easy driving distance to Manuel Antonio National Park. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Private Property

We arrived with average expectations and it was a clear disappointment: the smell of humidity in the bathroom, dirty kitchen and with tears.

 Deception

When we booked, we expected a normal room for 2 people with a bathroom and decent kitchen, and it was a real disappointment to arrive, a dirty, poorly maintained room, with tear gas in the kitchen and a terrible smell of humidity in the bathroom.

Less than expected.

the apartment was very clear but towels were stained and  with holes,. the apartment was very big and with a very handy kitchen  Excellent swimming pool. the place is not marked so it's very difficult to find it
