Fazana

It is basic accomodation and biggest advantage are owners and breakfast. Big disadvantage is lack of wifi in rooms because you have to pay extra for net as wigi is not working. I really reccomend to improve it. the rooms need renovation and bathroom looks poor. It would be nice to have more light in the bathroom as well. And tea/ coffe set in the room would be a big pleasure;)

Basic accomodation with quite good breakfast

Lovely place to stay, owner and family are very pleasant, we got what we paid for, a room to use as a base for exploring Fazana, Pula and the Brijuni Islands, we didn't request a balcony but the option is available, a/c & fridge included, clean, powerful shower, comfy beds and tv with English programmes, outdoor terrace to eat breakfast, lots to choose from, €10 for parking a little further down the road request at reception, everything you could need is in the area, lovely pebble beaches with crystal clear sea (take sea shoes) - you can book covid tests for going home at the tourist information desk on the sea front, carried out at the bus station, cheaper booked through them 75kn

Exploring Fazana, Pula & Brijuni Islands

A very unpleasant reception, a very rustic decoration, a very small room with a very uncomfortable bed! We slept very badly... a little more for breakfast but we were very disappointed.

Very disappointed

We stayed here for three nights, a small room, very low-rise buildings, no TV, no air conditioning, in the bathroom, the only option was a plastic glass on the sink, every day I had to kill some insects on the wall, for three days they never even came to wipe the floor, it's superfluous to add that the towels were never changed.

Don't go to them.

It was impossible to sleep, really too uncomfortable, given the temperatures of early August. Fortunately we only stayed for one night. Gentle staff and excellent position, but not enough to judge this structure that should exploit the potential of the area, improving its services.

Poor Select

We came back today, after staying for a week in Villa Velina, we had a room on the second floor with a ventilator that I must say behaved well in these very hot days, there was no television, but this at least made me finally go back to reading a book.The room was clean, a bathroom was quite comfortable and a private terrace where in the evening we could have a beer in pure relaxation. Villa Velina is located about 400 meters from the sea, close to restaurants, and not least near a large supermarket with plenty of supplies.

Strategic position

Object itself is nothing special, prays for refurbishment... Wallpaint is falling off in Bathroom and Bathroom cabine doors are falling apart. Owner and staff are extremely polite and that is the biggest plus. When we were there parking machine was broken and we could park our car for free on the street, otherwise you have to pay 10 Euros per day.

Average 

Back from Riume we spend a night in Fazana in Villa Velina. Cheap rent, room quite comfortable, it's a shame you miss the weather given the very high temperatures. Excellent cleaning and staff at the reception very kind! Free WiFi only in the reception area (maximum on the first floor).

A night in Poland

The hotel is located a few meters from the long sea of Fazana, easily accessible on foot; it is not much but this is certainly not the fault of the hotel owner. The city center is also reached in a few minutes. Pola is ten or fifteen minutes away by car. The manager speaks Italian and was able to provide us with all the information we needed. The room was in poor-mediocre condition, especially the bathroom had broken accessories or anyway quite precarious. The parking lot is for a fee (4 kune per hour, no night time is paid).

Good location.

We stayed in Villa Velina for 2 nights. We had great stay there because the owner is very nice, hospitable and helpful.
Location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the heart of Fazana.
But I must be honest that the amenity itself is nothing special. We had a pretty small room, basicly decorated and some things need refurbishment.For example the drawer was falling down, the towel rack was falling down constantly, there is no air condition.
That's why I rank this accommodation as average.
The bed was good, and the best thing there was a balcony. As the room is small and we have a three year old kid, we could have a drink there while she was asleep.
I must praise the owner who fullfilled our wish to have a room with a balcony.
The room overlooks the street but the street is small and not noisy. there is little traffic there.
The negative thing is also parking place. If you want to park in the parking place you must pay the parking ticket. Allegedly daily ticket is 70 kuna, and 5 kuna per hour.
The owners suggested to park in a nerby street on a pebbled grounds. I am grateful for that although I think that guests should have parking place provided by the amenity.
There is also a common kitchen and dining room if you want to cook or have breakfast. It is nice, nicely decorated and quite well equipped.
