When my family checked in, we were immediately greeted by the owner, Branko.  You felt like you were visiting a favorite relative, not renting a room.  We just arrived from the airport - and we were tired and hungry.

Branko helped up with our luggage, up to our SUPER CLEAN room, with an amazing view.  The room had A/C, which worked well, and was a god send, because it was very hot on the day we arrived.

We initially were not planning to have dinner at his bar/lounge, but, we saw the fire going - the fish, just ready to be cooked, so we decided to stay for dinner.   What a feast!  The fresh fish, cevapcici, the black risotto, homemade wine, vegetables from his garden.  It was like a feast that you see in the movies or cooking shows.  Branko is an amazing chef, and if you stay there - you should at least have one meal in his little restaurant, you will not be disappointed. 

Apartments Barisic is such an amazing bang for your buck place, you would be silly not to try it if you are staying close to Trogir/Split...

I've stayed 7 days, its great accommodation, lovely sea view from balcony and pleasant staff. Unit is as described. I've got an extra grill use and terrace as bonus. Food is excellent. highly recommended

The apartment is very comfortable and perfect, staff is very nice.
The owner offered us also breakfast at his house, It has a private area to park, you get the key at the check in.( free of charge)
Apartment is modern, you have also fridge in the room. Location is good, bus stop is 5 minutes walk and also a shop for food.
Beach and nice restaurant with view to the islands, 8-10 minutes walk, 
We have visited this place for the 2nd time in summer, and always very satisfied.

Wonderful

We spent two nights at Barisic apartments and the experience couldn't be better. The hosts doesn't speak much english, but they are very friendly and kind and they offered us proscuitto and pivo for free. The aparment has a amazing views to the sea, and the bathroom is completely new and spacious in comparation with other apartments. Great chocie.

Great value apartments near Trogir

 After four hours looking for the hotel, on arrival our room was occupied by other guests, so the owner blamed Booking. They offered "a better apartment" and taken to another old and dirty, no wifi, with old and broken towels, bad bed, and dishes with the nearest hotel logo. As we could not find anything (and we didn´t know if we had booked was better), we decided to stay. On the third day (booked four) we were awakened by the employer to tell us that they were waiting for new clients to the apartment where we were (the old one) and we had to return to the one we really booked (the photos on Booking, the large balcony). Very reluctantly we returned to the first place to realize that in the apartment that we had been sent there was NOTHING BETTER. This one was worth what we paid. Obviously we call Booking, where their operators were very friendly at all times. Our final surprise was to receive the call operator, who told us that the owner had told him that we had changed apartment because we had asked for a kitchen, which was totally FALSE. In summary, an embarrassment of care, a liar and a disastrous own care. Croatia is full of apartments, do not go to Barisic to run out without your room because someone paid them a little more. To us they spoiled our holidays
