The structure is very beautiful...restructed recently! the rooms are spacious and perfectly clean!!! The standard is above average compared to the hotels in the area..it is true that it is not in the center but only a few minutes away. The owners were very kind and available.

It was a good experience.

When I arrived by bike on the Parenzana, I booked this hotel because on the road but 5 km away from the center of Parenzo it is still well connected by a very comfortable bicycle. The structure is new and still well renovated with nice furnishings.

It was a good experience and I recommend it. Great hospitality, great availability for those in need. There is a common kitchen. Breakfast was also great.

Nice structure, close to the center, positive.

We had an amazing stay (2 nights) in Castello Gulici. 
The house isn't located in Poreč, it's in Gulici, a small village close to Poreč but don't worry about that because it's a good thing ! You'll stay in a very beautiful and quiet place, and if you have a car, it won't be a problem to find a parking spot in Poreč (and for free ;-))) You'll just have to drive 6-7minutes and you'll be downtown. My partner and I enjoyed the nice Poreč atmosphere in the evening and we were happy to be back in Gulici when tired ! 
Our room (n°4) was very nice, spacious (bedroom and bathroom), well decorated, we liked a lot the walls made of stone (it's so authentic), very clean. We could enjoy the outdoor terrace (at the back of the house) in the morning for our breakfasts (prepared thanks to the shared kitchen ;-))
We've been in many guest houses during our 2 weeks of vacations in Croatia, and for sure, without any doubt, Castello Gulici was THE BEST ONE ! Really. 
I also have to write : if this place is so nice, it's thanks to Katarina who is a so lovely host. We really appreciated her many advices about our Poreč visit and about Croatia in general. She's kind, always smiling and helpful. Again, we'd like to thank her :-)

Nice place, great stay

The location is excellent, new, stone house, equipped with all amenities, currently lacks the TV in the room but is in the setup. Cleanliness and comfort with excellent services. There are two shared kitchens equipped with each service. Located in a quiet area one km from the sea. Found by chance, to note in the agenda for new passage.

3 days in the sun

Beautiful stone structure recently renovated. The kitchens are very equipped and spacious, as well as the outdoor patio. Excellent cleanliness. Bathrooms and rooms are not very large, but in two you are still fine. Mrs. Maria was really kind and available, she gave us many advice on beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Very convenient the outdoor parking and also the location that is still close to Poreč while staying in the countryside, in a very relaxing and quiet environment. The bedrooms are cleaned and rearranged every two days or on request.

Beautiful stone house

We stayed in room 4 (equal to 5) which from the floor of the structure seemed to be the smallest so... kindness and willingness to give suggestions and directions (very valid because of the head) of the very nice Mrs. Maria.

Everything organized perfectly

Located in a residential area a little outside the city, it is practically a residence. External free parking, veranda and meeting room on the ground floor, with refrigerator and kitchen available to guests. Obviously no breakfast served in the morning. Clean and tidy rooms, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi working, no TV, towel change on request. It sleeps very well because it is a traffic-free area. The ladies (mother and daughter) who run the place are very friendly and available. They also speak English, but not Italian. I suggest you get cash to pay the bill (Kuna or Euro), because the only means of payment is accepted.

A little out of Porec.

It's an old building completely restored with a lot of taste. The place is quiet, very clean. The reception is very friendly. A nice living area, kitchen, living room and terrace. You just have to provide a means of transport to be in the center of Porec.

It's a very quiet place.

If you want to go to the bathroom and go from the drawer to the sea and vice versa, this is not the place for you. If you want to be free to move around and have a holiday in all freedom, this is the right solution. Small new rooms, well furnished and clean. Perfect bathroom. Great hospitality. Change towels and cleaning whenever you want. Kitchen with all the household appliances to cook and heat your breakfast. Fridge with special baskets. Panoramic terrace for breakfast. Top vacation...
