Location immersed in the quiet and relaxing green. Very well eaten simple but great. Friendly staff, quick to serve. I recommend🤗 we ate very good candy apple pie and cherry pie.😋 good the typical dishes to come back.

Good restaurant.

Fantastic !!The location was off a main road only 7 min drive to the National Park. 

The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, large room and super clean. The hotel restaurant next door was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating, meals very nice and breakfast more than you can eat. The highlight was the amazing receptionist her name is Barbara. She was so lovely, professional, and super helpful .. it made our trip very special. Barbara had a very good understanding of the National Park attractions and which hikes to take, she also organised a packed lunch when we could not make breakfast one morning which was so appreciated. The staff in the restaurant were just lovely as were other reception staff. We were so happy with this choice and will tell all our friends and family to stay here when they visit this area. Thank you so much..

Villa Plitvicka Sedra - the place to stay near the Plitvice National Park and Lakes

Strategic location for the Plitvice lakes. Large and clean room. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel where breakfast is served, but you can also eat delicious meat made in various ways. Gentle and available staff. Equipment: swimming pool with irrigation fee, tennis court, pool. Indoor parking.

Strategic position for the Plitvice lakes

Great hotel, decoration, reception, spacious room, tv, fridge, nice bathroom, absolutely nothing to say, swimming pool, parking, 11 km from the lakes, restaurant at the top with a great waitress, a quality/price ratio at the top, I recommend high hand whether it's the hotel or the restaurant, we stayed there only one night but a place reserved for future occasions, in view of some other hotels on our road, this was a palace

That's very good.

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel is very comfortable and cozy. Although it is rated 3star, this is a top-end 3 star and certainly recommendable. Rooms are an estimated 30sqm, so very spacious. Satellite TV includes a wide variety of channels, including german ones. Reception very friendly and efficient, cleanliness very good all over, bedding ok. Only little drawback are the towels, very hard- maybe they ran out of softener. But all else, certainly recommendable.

Spacious, comfy and neat

We've been here twice to eat. The first time we ordered pizza, which was delicious. The second time we ordered a soup and a meat stew with a wine. The house wines are quite delicious and priced. The meat was also okay and tasted. The potatoes we ordered as an appetizer were very good and called right. Unfortunately, the soups were a real disappointment: the mushroom soup from my partner, tasted like a cheap one from the bag. My stew with vegetables was also not better. The stew itself worked like a dog, but the stew was very TK and made the soup very bad. Look. We sat on the terrace because we were full and we couldn't put this soup in the house. I would have to explain to you that it was very nice to come out here and serve pizza, and it was very good for everyone, and I would have to say it was very good for you to come back to the house.

Pizza is good, the rest is fine.

The whole reason to be in  the Plitvice Lakes area is to go to the park.  This hotel is only a ten minute drive to parking lot/entrance #1. Very easy drive, you cannot get lost.
Our room was the biggest room we had anywhere on our six week holiday.  It was spacious, it was clean, it was comfortable with lots of storage and a large bathroom.  The room was air conditioned but the air conditioning had to work hard to keep the room cool.  Not cold, just cool.
There is an outdoor pool on the property and it is excellent to rejuvenate yourself after a hot day hiking the park.  What they don't advertise is the five euro "tax" to use the pool.  It is five euros per room, not per person and it is for the duration of your stay, not per day so it is well worth it.
Breakfast is included and each day (three mornings for us) we were very pleased with the breakfast and the service. Most staff speak English so that was also a plus for us.  Parking is included and is on site.
The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.  I asked a million questions and they had accurate answers to all of them.
If we return to the area we would definitely try to stay here again.  If you make a reservation here you can sleep easy knowing it is a quality property with great amenities, a reasonable price and helpful friendly staff.

You cannot go wrong staying here

Looked like a nice restaurant after the park. Had a good dinner but later reviewed the bill and noted a liter of wine, we didn't have (2 of us drinking a liter?) Thought it might be an accidental entry, but then thought again. Not the first or last time, but something for you to consider. 

Ripped off at dinner

The hotel is located just a few kilometers from the beautiful Plitvice lakes. Comfortable rooms, with air conditioning, balcony and spacious bathroom. Covered swimming pool available at a laughable price. Tennis court, free car park and so green. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, also open to outside customers, located 20 meters from the hotel.

Good accommodation for Plitvice

Comfortable and personal hotel welcoming although noisy by the almost continuous passage of trucks on the road. Full, rich and very good lunch (my daughter ate with milk chocolate) to keep the day going for a walk in the park. Various dishes map and copious portion. Attention to the big pizza, it is really very, very big. Very good price ratio with the kindness of the staff plus
