This apartment was clean and has a great location (just outside of the old part of town and only 10 min walk from the main beach).  The woman managing it was very helpful and responsive and friendly. But it was tiny and the beds were really uncomfortable (both mattresses and old scratchy linens). All I really want is a comfortable place to sleep since we are out exploring all day.  So the size and lack of charm don't really matter to me... but an uncomfortable bed is a deal breaker.

Highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay. 

Apartment; 
Apartment was very nice. Had a little kitchenette​ with a kettle, hob and kitchen equipment. 
Dining table in the kitchen with 2 chairs. Bedroom area was quite small and the bed only had access from one side as it was against the wall. Also had good working air conditioning and strong WIFI.
Bathroom was very nice. Not very big but well laid out so there was plenty of room. MUST leave the boiler switch on unless you want a freezing shower. Very nice shower; big, sliding door, constant temperature and powerful. 

Location;
A little difficult to find as there is no sign. The apartments are also linked to another owner which was a little confusing. 
It is Right by a little road which has only got motorbike access. The rooms are sound proofed  so that isn't an issue. 
About 5 minute walk to a good sized supermarket and around 10 minute walk to the old city and  port front with many restaurants. Fast food kebab place about 5 minute walk away too towards the supermarket. 
Beautiful sandy beach ( Bačvice) about 15 minute walk away; has ice cream stalls, hot food and restaurants.
The apartment is in ideal location for staying in split.

Very friendly owner who helped us a lot with knowing which beaches were best, where supermarkets were at. 
Our train didn't depart until late in the evening and she was more than happy to keep our bags for the day so we could do things. Very grateful for this as it meant we got an extra day to enjoy Split.

Overall a wonderful place to stay, great apartment and good location. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay!! 

Lovely Apartment!! The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and spacious! The apartment is fully equipped with a large fridge, kitchen, air conditoning, etc! There is also a shared balcony that you may use! Everything you need!

Perfect location about a 10 minute walk from the main Ferry Port and Bus/Airport Bus terminal. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Green Market and Old town where all the action is!
The owner is just as lovely as her apartment offering any information you need and explaining the map and general area. The owner is very flexible and very quick to reply to any messages you send her about booking times or questions. She even let us store our luggage in the apartment before we left which was a bonus! 
Loved this place! Would definitely stay here next time I am in Split.

Perfect Stay and Perfect Apartment!!

We stayed for two nights. The very kindly owner welcomed us before check-in time and sent us the plantation in advance. He gave us all the necessary information about the old town and the sea and accompanied us to park in the streets without paying. The clean and spacious apartment was equipped with everything necessary besides being very clean. Old town and beach accessible on foot. Only new one lacked the bathroom window but there was the fan and it was enough.

First leg of our Croatian tour

We stayed for two nights. The first and the last night of our 10 days cycling holidays in Croatia. The host is really welcoming and giving good suggestions for restaurants and visiting Split. The apartments are beautifully located in the romantic older part of town near the bus station. All interesting parts of town are in walking distance. Apartments are clean and well furnished. Definitely advisable for your stay in Split. 

Beautifully located, lovely new apartments. 

-	Lovely cute secure apartment , removated in as new condition in a lovely old building
-	Most comfortable bed that we’ve slept on in months
-	Great quiet location only 5minutes from old town , port and bus station
-	Very friendly and informative host who greeted us, gave us a map and informed us of sites to visit and great restaurant. 
-	Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, pots and pans etc
-	Spotlessly clean and very highly recommended

“ So good, we wish we could have stayed longer”

After many telephone exchanges, we had agreed to an appointment time with the owner's representative in front of the apartment but once we got into the street, no number 14 was indicated and no one to welcome us. After 45 minutes of waiting, the help of the friendly neighborhood (who also did not know about the existence of the apartment) and having served meals for all the mosquitoes in the area, the surgeon finally arrived and led us to another street in an apartment without number and whose name on the facade did not match. The apartment is dark and small (especially the bathroom) and the proper course to be desired (leaves a good hair, traces of months of decay).

It was a very disappointing experience.

Apartment close to the historic center, recently renovated and complete with everything necessary to cook, very comfortable and pleasant environment, there is also the TV that receives Italian programs, the owner got us the car seat and the dog was accepted without problems.
