Apart from a shared yard entrance, the room And location were perfect.
The room has everything You need And a nice kitchen. Beach is very near And very nice. Its a nice place for relaxation. Good choice

Very good choice

This is a gated community. With many properties facing onto the beach somewhere even having direct access to the beach. Ours was a well designed first floor apartment with balcony table and two chairs with a glimpse of the beach and otherwise looking into peoples car parking spaces & gardens. Very pretty there were. 
We were welcomed to the apartment by Anastasia who gave us a quick tour: I beautiful bathroom with spa bath.  A bedroom with large very comfy double bed. We should have looked to see what the mattress was because we could buy one for home. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors & TV mounted on the wall at the end of the bed. The sitting room had a sofa bed a chair, floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading onto the small balcony.  Large TV & Wifi unit. The kitchen was well equipped the door coming into the apartment was stable door opening inwards directly into the kitchen area. There was a table and six chairs. Tea coffee and little milks were provided. There was also a tiered trolley with a selection of wine, soft drinks, biscuits, crisps etc with a pricelist and request for the money to be left if anything was used. 
The place had a spacious light airy feel and it had everything we needed. It was just a two minute walk onto the beach. Then a 10 minute walk along the beach to a delightful little restaurant. Then a 15 minute walk back in the dark along the road. Take a torch if you want to stay here. We would most certainly stay here again but would make it more than one night next time and probably go for an on the beach property. 
Anastasia ordered out taxi for us & gave us a written confirmation of the booking. It took  only 10/15 minutes to get to the airport so very convenient indeed

I loved everything!!! from the airport meeting to the return transfer))! Very nice hostess! cleanliness, quiet, beautiful sea!!! Even on the early arrival the room was ready on time!) Thank you for good service!

We stayed here with a family of three for 8 days at the end of April at Easter. Although we booked these apartments for the second time for the New Year's holidays, but were hesitant and chose another hotel in the center of Larnaca and had already visited in April many times regretted it. Larnaca Airport in 10 minutes maximum, but we still asked to meet us, as we had an 8 month old child with us, but still took a car, since the apartments are located in a closed complex in the department stores of attractions etc. On the way there is a shlagbaum, a parking lot, the rooms are excellent until the day comes to light, clean, equipped with the necessary furniture and dishes.

The apartments are located in a beautiful and comfortable place to rest. We stayed only one night after arriving late. Now we are thinking of coming here especially in the season. The room is fully equipped. Even there is a minibar, though, for a separate fee. The jacuzzi works, but we didn't use it: it was cold. There was an uncomfortable stretch sofa in the living room. There seemed to be everything in the room, but here is a stopper we couldn't find. Electricity was paid an extra 5 euros, but since this is a common practice in Cyprus, we didn't mind.
