It's a pity for the very rough cleaning; for the rest it would have been a place to go back to, both for the spaces and for the services.

Location quite comfortable, quiet and well equipped; sorry for the unsatisfactory cleaning

I booked the two bedroom apartment, very clean and well equipped with all you need.  The food and drink at the restaurant is lovely also and some of the staff do speak English, which was very helpful for us. The area is quiet apart from the workmen on the main tram street, the trams are not running as they are updating the whole road (Údolní) into town.  There is the number 4 bus just at the top of the hill which takes you into town or it’s a good 40 minute walk to Mendel square.   Would book again if visiting Brno, it’s near the planetarium and Spilberk castle. 

Very clean apartment

We stayed there with 2 year old daughter and got a crib for her in the room, which was lovely. The area itself was very quiet. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. There is also safe and a mini bar in there for those that need it.
However, as bed&breakfast goes, there was no kettle/tea/coffee available and you have to go to cafe outside to get it.
Breakfast starts at 8 am (9am weekends), so if you need to get somewhere before you will miss it. 
Also, some of the neigbours were smoking and the smell travelled through aircon to our room no.2.


Good and bad points

If you get to Brno and need a place to stay this will not disappoint you! The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are great too. Parking is free on the street and that’s a treat as well. I am a walker so it was a great location for me. 25 minutes to the castle or the shopping area. Come on in you will be glad that you did! 

Great stay!

I was in Brno 2 weeks ago with my daughter. I found this beautiful bed & breakfast  in  very quite part of Brno. Surrounded by villa's on a hill,  but close to downtown.
They redesigned building from 30' to bed & breakfast. Interiors are gently reworked.
They have own cafe in groundfloor, where you can have a little snack too. 
For me it was very good choice. I can only recommend this place. It works for single, couple or family too perfectly.

Comfort and style in Bed & Breakfast Klafe Brno.

Second time we're staying at this excellent hotel. Great standard for a very reasonable price. Good communications to the city centre by tram. Great free WiFi. English-speaking staff. Grocery shop nearby (by the tram). Would definitely come back a third and fourth time. You won't get disappointed for sure. 

Very nice and high standard 

Positive aspects: Full and varied breakfast. Although it does not have a restaurant, the bar includes a basic menu that offers the possibility of dining out. Availability of free parking spaces in the area itself. Improved aspects: The room had floor covers, as well as dust on the desk table and a dirty Nordic. There was no daily cleaning service.

Comfortable, but needs a bigger cleaning of the room.

The hotel has only 4 rooms and is very cozy. It is located in a quiet area and the city centre can be reached in a few minutes by bus. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is excellent; in summer the guest garden is very cozy. Very recommended :))

Small but fine

Definitely a small B&B (4 bedrooms) but delicious, in a great location and with the Café for breakfast which, not only is very cute but also very well-groomed and with great food. For the schizzinos, they don't change towels and sheets every day or they don't clean the beds. Now that you know, don't go or complain. However very clean and well-groomed. Huge shower. Attention TV only in Czech!!! These are the two reasons for the four instead of five stars, otherwise. Frigobar (convenient) and cassaforte. Breakfast until late with fruit centrifuges prepared at the moment, an excellent espresso cream (I'm not sure I can make the cheese and cheese but I'm sure it's really sweet).

Delicious, excellent quality-price and location ratio.

The hotel was a great place to stay for the night, as we spent the whole day at a biathlon in Nova Mesto, but it completely lived up to its name - the beds were beautiful, the sleep was great, and the area itself - cottage building and park, in a word, quiet and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, to choose from two complexes, we usually took an omelet, bread, cheese, orange juice and coffee attached.
