Excellent Czech food. Preis very good and most of all friendly service. All very rustic, no frills, but thats what gives it its charm. Will be going again.
Don't know about the accommodation but will be finding out next time. For me it may not have huge menu but it's the best food in town so far.


Evening meal

Ate here twice in one week with two families. Food was great and staff were helpful, kind (not the standard in most Czech restaurants) and professional.
There is a playroom for kids, which was great with our toddler who can't sit still for long.

I had the duck (twice, because it is my favourite) and grilled vegetables and I really liked it. I tasted some of the other dishes served at our table, too, like the schnitzels, and they were also good.

Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful place!

Here's the last parking lot outside the forest for hiking, nice service, barbecues in the fall, Pilsner originals in the exuberance, also as a group well suited to rest, recommend eating buns with meat

Last house in the woods

We stayed at a nearby hotel and ate here twice. Once at noon and once at night. While lunch was quite acceptable, dinner was all the more disappointing - even if it was the same menu. Maybe it was the service that first didn't want to take the order at all, but disappeared right after the drinks? Or was it the food that was already a little more expensive than other restaurants but not necessarily better? Maybe it was also the fact that the most expensive beer was served without a question, whereas actually another was ordered?

We used to visit this place every winder in last years. This winter has changed the owner of chalet and during the booking process he informed us that there was some recontruction inside and that is why the rates are +40 % higher than before. When we check-in we realized that there are no changes and it changed the rates only. It was given us the room without the key and without bed sheets. Restaurant is ok, beer and food were good, but the staff is unfriendly and tea for 2 EUR and soup for 3 EUR is too much for this kind of property.
