The boarding house is located at the top of Karlovy. It is easy to get down to visit the city. It is a little difficult to get up. Below is a church where concerts are given. Clean and very pleasant room. Friendly home by the owner couple. Really private parking behind the boarding house and closed at night. So I recommend to my biker friends who want to visit Karlovy. Breakfast is complete and pleasant.

A lovely retirement

The hotel is located on a hill within walking distance of the center of town. As you walk into the city center through the park, you get a wonderful view of the city. If we had settled down somewhere, you would never have seen anything like it! The hotel itself is a wonderful Czech yellow house. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly owners. Explained what we had in the city and how, put our car on our free parking lot near the hotel and suggested a delicious restaurant nearby. When we filled the room ((we had rooms on the second floor), we saw the city itself, crazy beautiful!!! The room itself is also beautiful and the breakfast is very nice. It's a great place.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is close to the old town of Karlovy Vary. Easy to find, with a locked parking lot. The included breakfast was fantastic. The price was very reasonable. Great value.

Exceptional - I recommend this place

We stayed here two nights in a cycling holiday. Having explored Karlovy Vary extensively I have to say I am so pleased we chose this Penzion away from the glam and bling down in the main part of town! We had a huge room with large comfortable bed TVs and ensuite. Tea and coffee making facilities were out on the landing just outside the room. The hosts were so friendly, couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast was 5 euros extra and I would say well worth it- really good bread, eggs, cheese, ham yogurt and tea or coffee. It was nice talking to German guests who we shared a table with on the second day. Our bicycles were safely stored in their own locked garage so that was great.
In short I would thoroughly recommend this Penzion. 

Really nice friendly Penzion only 5 minutes walk from centre

Nice boarding house in a rather quiet location with its own car park. Beautiful bright rooms, good beds. There is a nice restaurant nearby. There is the possibility to make your own coffee and there is a very fresh breakfast.

A good pension

I can't tell you how you could do better, or even more to welcome the guest! The host speak very well German, the location of the pension is almost optimal, everything is very clean, breakfast is also great.

If it were like this everywhere!

We had been there for 1 night with my family and grandparents to visit Karlovy Vary.
Positive
- absolutely clean room and facilities
- very friendly service by the owner family who speaks English and German
- the interior is nice and quite new the pension is well maintained
- breakfast was good quantity and quality
- the pension is located 5-10 nice walk from the main promenade, very convenient
- price is reasonable, two double room was 98€, additional bed is 15€ per night, breakfast is 5€ per person
- closed parking place behind the pension, dog in the room including in the price
No real negative point, we enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this pension.

Really clean B&B family penzion

Clean, small, private hotel located a bit far from city center, but it's just about 3-4 minutes to get to the main street. The hotel is located on the hill, so it could be not very comfortable for aged people, but on the other hand you can find nice view of Karlovy Vary from the room.
Rooms are small, but equipped with required things like TV, comfortable bad, some furniture and free Wi-Fi. You can find free tea, sugar and refrigerate on the hall near the room.
There are no cafes and restaurants near that hotel. We found only one restaurant, but it was much more expensive than the same places on the main street. 
To sum up, the hotel is a balance between price and quality. Not luxurious, but decent and cousy.

Nice hotel on the hill

Freshly renovated boarding house near the center. Beautifully furnished clean rooms, as well as a good and lavish breakfast. The owners are friendly and speak excellent German. In the beds, which smell pleasantly fresh, we could sleep well. Free parking near the house.

Cared for non-smoking

A small boarding house in Karl's Warehouse. The hostess was not quite right with us because we were a little delayed on the way and arrived a little late at the time we indicated on the website. She started asking strictly why we were late. Overall the boarding house is pretty cute. The room is clean with IKEA furniture. Between the two rooms there is a hallway, something like a tea room, where there is a refrigerator and coffee and tea accessories for two rooms.
