Fraud! This is not a hotel! It is a Night CLUB with rooms - rooms that are in very bad shape and not clean. The restaurant i closed. The pool is not available. The lobby looks as if the place has been under destruction/reconstruction for many years. It is a dump. Do not go to this trap. Only one person on the staff speaks English. And the taxies they help you find are not taxies and they take overprice and will leave you at wrong places.
It is not possible to give zero stars on Tripadvisor, but that is what this trap is worth.

It’s a great hotel . Service by Managers is efficient especially Mrs Maraw what a great Mgr she knows how to treat people and satisfy them . Also house keeping we’re wonderful people and the supervisor Mrs Fifi will make sure your room is great . Security and location are wonderful . I will be back

Great staff and location

I booked this “hotel” despite seeing many terrible reviews and a couple of good ones. As soon as our taxi pulled up to the front of the building, I knew I’d made a horrible mistake. The entire area in front of the hotel is trash. As soon as the door to our cab opened two young kids rushed us and began begging and grabbing at us. Upon entry, the staff, who you couldn’t tell if they were staff or not as they had on regular street clothes tried to separate us from our luggage and we literally had to be very firm about not leaving sight of our luggage. At checkin the receptionist tried to tell me I only had reservations for 2 when I had an email confirmation for 3 so he claims he had to call someone to confirm. After dealing with this for at least half an hour, we are finally escorted to our room, 602…and I was afraid, very afraid. The hallway carpet was stained and dirty and looked as if a body had been dragged across it leaving pools of blood along the way, it was dark and gloomy. The room was old and the drapes and bed covers looked as if they’d been there since a revolution long ago…it was terrible.  My kids were angry and wanted to leave immediately but it was too much to deal with at that hour. This hotel was rated 4 stars on the site I booked with…it is less than 1. And least I forget, the breakfast was disgusting. I ended up only eating a boiled egg that I peeled and water.

Don’t do it!

This is the worat hotel i saw in egypt till now. its far from being a hotel or even a motel. the service is terrible and the night club music is so loud all night and you hear it from your room not to mention the standard is so low either in rooms or food. i dont recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to ruin you vacation or your day.

Worst hotel ever

The only good thing about this "self claimed" hotel is its location, other than that, very bad service, staff wouldn't do anything unless you grease the wheels, even if it's something according to standards like no towels or no wifi connection, bad AC.  Moreover, the smell and the entire atmosphere full of humidity. 

Prices are way over compared to other hotels in the same vicinity. Once they know you're a westerner, you might get asked if you understand or speak Arabic, if you do but don't admit it, then you're in for one hick of a ride especially when you hear how they'll take for turns on the gratuity part. That's not all, however, it's how they'll decide your next movement or plans, and the list of blood sucking relentlessly goes on, until the day you leave. 

Never ever again!!

the hotel is near to everything you need, you can eat and drink and take a walk in the middle of Cairo, simply it is good to be in there to enjoy your time, service is okay, the hotel is busy because of its location.

Hello, for a weekend in Cairo, our Tour Operator has accommodated us in this hotel for one night, this hotel is in good shape, the food is right there, as well as breakfast, it is located in the city centre and it is quite close to the visits. It can be a good alternative to landing in Cairo.

Point of failure in Cairo

I was going to stay for more than a month but i could not take it for more than two days, specially when i killed a Cockroach while walking next to me on the bed, and you HAVE to call the reception MANY times to get your towels or anything else.. ITS BAD!! i would not give it a star how-come its 4 stars hotel.

Terrible

I stayed in this hotel for three days last summer it was awesome, staff are really friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable even the tourism wasn't that good in Egypt that time the food was so good and fresh everyday. Moreover the hotel location is so good in the heart of Cairo surrounded by so many clubs, coffeshops and nice restaurants

Nice hotel, under construction it seems: the last floor is abandoned, the pool and the announced gym remained untouched.
