This hotel is clearly struggling with the significant drop in tourism Egypt has encountered steadily over the last few years. The hotel is capable of holding (at a guess) around 500 guests, it's huge, and we were the only guests in the hotel.

We stayed on the 7th floor and it was clear they were only using this floor for guests as none of the other balconies on other floors were clean (covered in dust).

There was no Internet.

There are supposedly 5 restaurants, none were open. The bar was only able to provide 4 beers before they ran out (only 2 were cold).

Breakfast - We were told this would be 0900 - 1000, which is ludicrous anyway. We were eventually provided some food in the lobby at 0930 but without any drinks! Nope, no water, no coffee, nothing.

We did not use the pool or outside area. 

It is only a matter of time before this hotel will close. They are not fooling anyone. Such a sad state of affairs. 

Empty Ghost Town - A shell if its former self

we stayed at this hotel about a year ago and had a good trip so we thought we would book again but when we got there it was a different story! before even checking in we had a problem with one of the reception staff my husband was told he would have to pay 300le a night for him and our daughter and 35$ for me my husband asked to speak to the manager who knew us and he told this man to give us the same price i paid more than a year ago all was ok we booked in and paid the bill then we got to the 7th floor and were walking past all the rooms to find our room we noticed that nearly all the rooms were open and were messy i asked why i got the answer of we are cleaning them (mind you this was at 1am) as we entered the room and started to put our stuff away my husband found a few different types of tablets (viagra and depression tablets) and a packet of zig zag papers and cigarette ends in one of the drawers so he told the reception that i dont think the room was cleaned properly before we got it as we found alot of things that really should not be in there all we got was a sorry just throw them out! the price included breakfast which we never got for the whole stay in the hotel we told them we never got it and they said sorry no chef here to make anything the next day we went out for a few hours and came home late like 2am as we entered the room we found the tv on aircon turned on and a pack of cigarettes and matches on the balcony my husband doesnt smoke so we didnt say anything until the morning as we were checking out that day we told them what happened and asked if someone entered the room while away as told no 
they sent the door man to go up to the room to check and he came down and said yes they are right but the reception staff were not having it and we were told that we are lying and that maybe it was a ghost who put the stuff there and opened everything in the room!!! and to make it all worse i found out only the 7th floor is working and we were the only people on the last night that were in the hotel!!!! 
i want to know who the owner of this hotel is as i wonder if they know what goes on in their hotel!!! would really like to talk to them!!!!
NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Horrible trip

The lobby was very clean and well maintained, and worker were working on certain parts of the tile floor to make it even better. The entire hotel was kept clean, with marble everywhere. Some of the carpets may need replacing soon,but the rooms were no worse than any other high end hotel in a 3rd world country. Breakfast was good, I didn't have any problems with service, nothing was broken that I could notice, in all, it was a very pleasant stay. The location itself is kind of odd. The second you leave the hotel you enter a 2nd world street with lots of shops and fast food places close by (McDonald across the street, Little Caesars 2 blocks west). If you ventured 2 blocks away from the main street you entered the 3rd world, where people are living in unpowered and vacated buildings with dirt roads.A very interesting experience to walk around outside the hotel. But it was very nice to go back inside to the comfort and safety of the Zoster.

Good hotel

Nice place clean rooms available parking.. Took à long time to check in but was okay..  Lil bit old has a pool a lil one too better take the upper floors for better view it's nice for its price and location

Zoser Review

An empty empty space in the center of Giza. No services to offer: air conditioning in the rooms only, a symbolic breakfast... go only after verifying that the hotel is actually functional.

Zoser is not a hotel.

The hotel is located on the avenue that goes from Cairo to the pyramids. It is a city hotel, well located, with good service. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is Arabic (which is good). It has a banal pool, but after being in Hurghada we didn't want any more water....we wanted pyramids, museums and Khan-il-Kalili! The most bombastic hotels are at the bottom of this huge avenue to the right, almost above the pyramids. Zoser has the advantage of being closer to Cairo.

Good location

A normal hotel with a good bar, lots of guests at the time, so if you had a good integration, a good view of the pool, but I think it was better already, you get a good night's sleep, and good service.

I traveled to Egypt with my parents and for my stay in Cairo, the FrancoRosso company set us up in this Hotel. A nightmare! As soon as we arrived, besides the fact that almost no one spoke a language other than Arabic, they assigned us the room, which was not yet ready at 5.30pm! They made us wait for the stairs while they were preparing it. After we finished setting up we entered and... the third bed was missing! We went back to the house, we communicated the problem and here we are again for the stairs to wait for their comforts.

This is a nightmare!

The hotel is average, the rooms are quite clean, the room service is poor, there is no animation in the hotel!!!!! The hotel is very well located, near the pyramids and cabarets and theatres of adel imam,
