The hotel is nice, everything is clean, the rooms are spacious (maybe it is necessary to update them) but in general this does not affect the quality of the rest. The bathroom is large, the balcony. The food is solid 5; you have to go to the beach on a shuttle or on foot for 12 minutes on a closed area near the hotel. On the beach there is a huge water park (very many adult and children's mountains) sandy beach and coral beach, you can see a lot of fish without a mask, on the beach there is a bar, the juices are of course waterproof (I don't recommend) towels are given out, cleaning the room every day, two bottles of water are put into the room.

It's all great, the beach, the food, the water park, the fish.

We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago, and we brought it back here, 2.09.2022 arrived, from the airport nearby, immediately settled, clean room (every day cleaned) the air conditioner worked, the refrigerator is there. The food is delicious, every day the meat is different, frozen every day from 13:00 to 15:00 free, pizza Beach. On the beach there are 2 bars, there is also food, drinks, beer, swimming in the sea good animation.

It's a good hotel.

The resort is not for Italians, but for guests from Eastern Europe. The rooms are to be refurbished and the food does not offer much choice. But the structure is very clean and the beach (although distant) and the water park are very beautiful. There is a shuttle to reach them but we never took advantage of them. We were the only guests to sunbathe in the beach part in front of the water park and we were pampered by the bartender who in the middle of the morning and the middle of the afternoon brought us fresh drinks and the only guests to lunch at the Heland restaurant which was perfect for us with fried potatoes and nuggets or hamburgers or kofta.

Good value for money.

It's a fantastic trip I made to Egypt for the first time and thank you very much for all the staff at the Club Hotel. There are so many beautiful places I've been to Hurghada Mamsha or Marina or anywhere and it's been a fantastic time.

What a wonderful journey.

It's the first time in Egypt, but it was fantastic to know all about Egypt and it makes an incredible climate there and enjoyed a safari and a sea trip to see all the corals everywhere and hope to find time to come back.

I feel so happy at the hotel and many thanks for all club team who have big power to feel all guests are happiness and many thanks for reception team .very nice aqua park and nice beach. Room also nice room with pool and sun all day

Amazing

For my price I'll write down the pros and cons. I'll start with the negatives - for an early settlement they ask for $40, which really spoils the impression,but they don't give you a meal or a glass of water,even if you're flying from the other side of the world 😅 - in winter there's no swimming pool with heating - almost no hot water in the room.

I want to share my experience in golden 5 club. Before i get to the hotel i start reading reviews of earlier clients whom have been there and honestly i was in shock from the negative feedback left by them!!!!
Once there.... I was really surprised!!!! It was completely opposite from what i was expecting.
Very nice complexe , staff very nice and at your service any time
Rooms are big and comfortable , clean.
The pool also was very nice
At restaurant a large variety of very delicious food. Nice beach, sympathetic and energetic animation team.
Really an all inclusive!!

Greetings, thanks and appreciation

We as a family arrived to the hotel at evening time with a 4 year old.
The hotel was in aware off our booking and payment,they had no idea at all how to great or handle us in a good Manor.
Still on not being able to find a email from us or able to find our booking that I may had was booked months in advance.
Daughter showing them her confirmation,emails, payment,etc still nothing.
In the end they gave us a room to whom we hav no idea if the name. 
Got to room well all I can say is how the hell your still open.
All beds had a piece of wood on to keep matrass in place. Dirty stains on them too, bathroom was all dirty with bath pannel hanging off. Marble tables was so loose it only needed a new to fall off.
Toilet had poo on and on walls by bath.
Walking round the complex bricks and debris was every where. Not safe for a 4 year old.
We was hungry and tired by this time. Asked to move they refused. Asked to have more ney back after 2 hours of my daughter crying baby was very irritated.
All of a sudden could not speak English,was rude and just stood there. In the end we paid out of my daughters and partners bank for new hotal which to say was no better and we all got ill for four days.
