A fantastic location overlooking the square and with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Whilst old the apartments had everything we needed we really appreciated the washing machine and the coffee. Our room overlooked the courtyard of a restaurant and whilst it was a Saturday night we didn’t have any issues with noise. The communication was excellent and we appreciated the texts checking on arrival time and providing directions to parking.

Apartments in a very good old house located in the historic center of Tartu. Nothing to say about the interior equipment, we didn't miss anything. No elevator, no parking; we can normally park on the street (paid during the day) but there was work when we were there, and we had to leave the car a little further away... nothing serious though. Perfect home: we arrived late, we had warned by phone; no problem when we arrived. We stayed 2 nights in this apartment, overlooking the Raekoja Plats, quiet outside the street work, and we are very satisfied.

Very good choice in Tartu

The apartments are comfortable and spacious. There is plenty of light during the day. The windows go out to the city hall and the famous Kissing Students fountain. Both objects are symbols of the city. The apartments are located in the very center. It is a 5-minute walk to the main building of the university, to St. John's Church - 10.

It's a lovely place by the town hall.

We were in a large apartment (el 8), with two bedrooms.More than comfortable.Equipped kitchen, washing machine, sauna in the main bathroom, good place to stay.Excellent location.Ten minutes from the bus station.

Very close 

Right in the center for a walk around old town. This apartment is simply but completely furnished, has a large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Nearby grocery stores. Parking on the street, a few meters from the front door. 

Right on Town Hall Square

Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the grandeur of the apartment and its situation! Two steps from the old town 😊. Tartu is a very interesting villa! Good cafes and good restos! The reception was friendly!

That's an excellent choice.

Apartments in the heart of Tartu. Of course, they're a little expensive. But there was a renovation and we were given apartments for five. It was great. A big bed on the second floor, in the cooking room, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a lot more. Careful staff. Parking is only paid and expensive. But what to do is the center. I recommend everyone.

Can speak highly enough of the Dormus apartments.
We stayed in apartment 5 on the second floor which looked right over the Town Hall square.
Very quiet apartment, even on a Satirday night!
Good sized room with a small self contained kitchen, washing machine in the unit which is very useful when you are travelling for an extended holiday.

Good wi-fi and everything we needed including a 10% discount to the restuarant in the foyer that's rated no 1 in Tartu...and it deserves its reputation.

Great choice

I have stayed in Domus Dorpatensis in room number 7 several times. 
Lovely spacious room with kitchen corner equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, Tea and coffee is also available. 
When booking your room you may order light breakfast fro 5 euros and you will find everything necessary for making sandwiches.  
Ideal if you like to work in the room. Large writing desk, free WiFi. 
There is lovely restaurant Umbroht located in the same building.  
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Silent space near by Town Hall

Just around the corner from the main square, the location of this place is great. We had a lovely room with a nice kitchen and bathroom, the walls were thick and it was very cosy and clean. Despite the central location it was very quiet and peaceful.
