The hotel is old, located in a private sector not far from the train station. The room had an interesting layout, two-levels. The room was adjacent to a terrace, through which it was possible to go to the parking lot, and also through this terrace can pass residents from the upper floor. The room already requires cosmetic repair. There were canals in Russian language. There is a table with booklets, but in Russian there was nothing. Breakfast was boring and uniform.

Hotel in a quiet place

The room was under the roof itself, absolutely unsuitable for two people, very small, to turn around somewhere. Very narrow stairs in the hallway, dragging with suitcases very heavy. The so-called meeting room, is a 16-18m3, very dark and poorly lit room. The food was homemade, without special elaborations, something even tasty, but generally mediocre. The breakfast was normal, full, but the cassava was the same all week long. There is a small room (mini kitchen) where you can drink tea and warm your food.

This hotel has another name and on the Google map it's called Reinup Travel Ltd.

After a long day of work, we arrived at the hotel at 21:00. Our room was No. 8, on the second one, where you had to get your suitcases down a narrow staircase. And when we entered the room, we realized that we had hit. A small room, about 15-20 square meters, where 3 narrow beds, a small magazine table and 1 chair were pressed. But the most unpleasant thing, the shower room as such is not at all, shower rooms had to be done right in the room.

The task force.

The walls are so thin that when the neighbor urinates, you think he's in our room. Even if in the room over us someone was walking through the room, it was very loud, so we knew exactly where the guest was. In the next room there was a community kitchen that was also used at 3 o'clock at night. The microwave and the coffee are very thin in the room through the walls to be heard. Under the floors it's dirty. To get to the toilet you have to overcome a two centimeter high break at the top of the floor at night because you can pinch your toes. It hurts very lightly and the kitchen has also been shaved. If you're sitting on the floor of the bathroom, you're still hanging on it. If you're sitting on the floor of the bathroom, it's almost as thin as a rainbow, and you're almost as thin as a rainbow, and then you're hanging on it. If you're sitting on the floor of the bathroom, you've got to do something about it.

A nightmare

The rooms are comfortable, clean and some have a small terrace. The breakfast is excellent because in addition to the typical Estonian breakfast ten dan tortilla or fried eggs currently cooked, as well as mermaid and other popular snacks in this country. Very nice from the owner.

 IDEAL

Found this place by accident and stayed overnight.  Receptionist (owner) was very welcoming (little English, but we were able to communicate) and went out of her way to make us feel at home.  Couldn't stay for breakfast, but it looked plentiful. Highly recommend to stay here.

Small & friendly place to stay

We stayed two times at this hotel. Excellent rooms, super breakfast. If the room is on the 1st floor, you can go straight out into the garden. But the soundproofing is NULL!!! You can hear them talking in the next room.

All right, all right.

Pros:

Breakfast included: porridge, variety of toasts, yogurts, boiled eggs (can ask for a fried egg), jam, butter. Coffee, tea and juice, some cereals. 

Comfy if small double bed; good for two thin people like ourselves. Sofa, shelves in room, good for short stays. Hairdryer but no toiletries. 

Heated (!) bathroom floor, hot water in shower, good water pressure. Tiny flatscreen TV has only about 5 channels with 3 in English. 

Wifi works well in room. Only a 15-minute walk to castle ruins and great park and 5-minutes from bus station. In a quiet neighbourhood.  

Mini sauna available for 13 euros for an hour. 

Cons: 

Not her fault but just FYI the attendant in the AM has limited English skills. We got by just fine. 

No top sheet for the bed.

A good place to stay in Viljandi

We lived in a room on the first floor with a balcony and an outlet right to the lawn. The child in the carriage was put in the shade of the cherries to sleep and they rested in the room, slept well! The rooms are small, but everything is there. It's very convenient to have a separate kitchen.

It's a great hotel for a baby.

This year marked our second visit to this very comfortable little hotel. The location is convenient to shopping, dining and all local attractions in this very walkable small city. The setting is lovely. The property has pretty flower gardens; the neighborhood is very quiet. 
Breakfast is served each morning and the one group meal we enjoyed was very good.  The hotel is not fancy but very clean and the staff is beyond gracious. 
Travelers with mobility issues will want a ground floor room and may have difficulty getting to the dining area if stairs are a challenge. 
WiFi is available, but the range is limited. There is comfy seating in the area where the signal is strongest.
