Charming house with beautiful sea view, close to the beach, rooms very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable, a superb terrace to relax and a cozy atmosphere in the house, an ideal place in Marseille.

It's a great stay.

We had a remarkable stay at the Villa Bougainville. The house is very pleasant and warm with several sunny terraces at different times of the day, the view is sublime, the location close to the sea and the sympathetic neighborhood of Bompart is ideal and the guests are welcoming! Everything was perfect!

A magnificent villa, highly recommended!

We rented the house in its entirety for a week at 9 adults Very nice sea view thanks to a nice terrace, and nice pool Otherwise, disaster! All the closets are full of proprietary business, not the least place in the kitchen to put the food reserves, full of dirty dishes that had to be washed before use... Fridge and freezer in a more than dubious state of cleanliness... In the bedrooms, cabinets or commodities are also very crowded, with in addition a smell of enclosed and damp perfume by our own laundry. The living room table in place is full of tons of magazines... Anyway, none is made for holidaymakers who pay for their own stay... And in the demand for cash in the 2 floors of the garage, for which she has no chance of entering, but the last thing I know, is that you have a chance to leave the car, which is a superb, but the last thing that you want to do is to leave the car, which is a nice place to stay...

Very disappointed...

I agree 100% with the opinion of May, on the + and the - of this rental. I add: I rented the 2 bedrooms for 6 (1 couple + 1 couple and 2 children). The parental suite for 4 was perfect at first but it turns out that once the 4th child bed was unfolded, we can no longer move around in the room. No top. Especially there is an extra 20 euros per child (in + 125 euros per night). A little abusive though. So the owner offered to accommodate one of my children in a small hallway room (with a large fridge that made noise). Heck the house was not broken because I was too worried about letting my sleeping bags go to our room.

Very mixed but it could have been worse.

We were 8 for a 3-day weekend. Very mixed experience. Let's start with the positive points: the view, the number of rooms, the calmness and the location. The negative points: the general condition of the house or household that first seemed right is clearly messed up: limestone in the tap, sheep under the outside table, dirty sanitary... state of the dish drawers (we had a scrap with some leftovers of cheese!), dirty dishes. Finally, a roll of toilet paper, no mineral water, pieces of toilet paper taken from a pot at the bottom of a pot.

Very mixed experience

The master bedroom is spacious and surprising with its central bathroom, pleasant and tastefully decorated, and the gourmand breakfast is taken in an original setting with stunning sea views, the warm welcome of Emmanuel and Gerald making it an energetic start to the day.

Superb sea view in the heart of the White Roses

I've been overwhelmed by the place and the bougainville suite, the view of the Mediterranean from the terrace is beautiful, the hut Emmanuelle and his team are very nice, the service and cleanliness of the place is in line with the announcement... to do it again with pleasure.

Stay in Marseille

We spent a short stay of two nights in the bougainville room. First we were guided and then very friendlyly welcomed! The house is located in a beautiful Marseille and especially allows walking tours, which is great. The hosts are extremely kind and very good advice on shortcuts and the right tables, do not hesitate to trust them!!! We did not have time to taste the swimming pool which still seemed very pleasant. Breakfast is cool and very pleasant to take on the terrace if the weather allows. Finally a very good address, calm and with a view!!!!

A place of peace in Marseille

We were very welcomed by our guests, the room was very nice, the pool was perfect and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast (fresh fruit salad, croissants, chocolate buns, wand, jam...)

A Garden in the City

It's not easy to find. A car should not be too big, so you can leave it in the garage and follow the helpful suggestions of the friendly hosts and explore with the OV Marseille.
