Very nice castle with a super tree-lined park, the environment is good for rest away from the August rush of the area. The room (suite 2 beds) is very nice and the night was very restful (the fan is 👍). Our host is listening to his guests and very good advice for the surrounding restaurants.

A night out of time

Very spacious rooms and a very friendly treatment.If you are going on a vacation in the area by car it is worth considering this chateau-hotel.It is well situated to explore from Angers to Tours.Although we went to Nantes, Puy du Fou, Amboise,..

A very pleasant stay.

We stayed at this beautiful property while on a bike touring adventure in the Loire Valley. The buildings give you a glimpse into 19th century life. The property has some of the most impressive trees that we saw in all of France, with specimens of rare size and beauty. Don't expect all of the modern amenities, but that helps give the property an authentic feel. The owners are on property and very friendly but speak mostly French.

Visit Chateau by day immerse yourself by night

Due to a car breakdown in the area, one Sunday late in the day and the inability to find a way to return to Normandy, my insurance company assisted us in finding accommodation for the night. Once at the scene, the owner demanded that we pay for the hotel night while the night was already covered by the insurance company. So I called the assistance so that she could contact the owner, but she didn't want anything, she asked us to walk back leaving us homeless.

Very pleasant guest room, welcoming. Spacious and beautiful room, plenty of breakfast and very well served. The park is also very pleasant when it's nice.

It's charming.

Wonderful surroundings. Hosts are very sweet, helpful. Room was neat and clean, with bath tub, everything one could need. Absolutely no problems.

We received a wonderful welcome in this lovely old château, then sat with a cup of tea in our room and admired the views over the gardens - absolute peace & quiet. There are excellent restaurants in the area. There was absolutely everything laid out for breakfast in the charming breakfast room. So far from the run of the mill hotels in every sense. 

Wonderful welcome

Stylish manour located in the western part of the Loire Valley just a few kilometers north of the river. Good choice to explore the region - a number of far more famous castles is located within half an hour ride from this chateau. The interior seems renovated quite recently but in a charming old-fashioned style. Ample breakfast with fresh pastry, a park where one can lounge and get some rest after intensive sightseeing (Villandry, Saumur, Angers are all quite near) make this chateau a commendable option if you want to get to know the area better.

Good option for sightseeing in the western part of the Loire valley

We stopped here for a few days during the visits you have castles the outside of the structure was left to go without care x the garden and the rest the inside on the ground floor is made up of breakfast room and art gallery exhibition halls rooms in style also pretty but lacking the right background cleaning mattress maybe a little old
