I don't know what I liked most about my stay at this hotel, which has been completely refurbished recently! The warm welcome of the owners, the quality of the room, sober but large and tastefully furnished, the balcony always pleasant, the well-designed bathroom with its Italian shower and in nice materials, breakfast or finally the location.

A rare and very affordable place

The hotel was completely renovated two years ago and is well placed to be seen in the sights: Meillant Castle, Noirlac Abbey, Bourges, etc.

Welcome to the top, near the tourist attractions

Very warm welcome and perfectly renovated and convenient room. Very comfortable bunk. The hotel has been completely renovated. Well located. Convenient location. Very good quality price.

The perfect hotel.

Let's just stay in this completely renovated hotel. Beautiful modern, clean, air-conditioned room, with balcony. Large shower room. Very quiet place at night. A very hospitable couple of hoteliers, who take time for their guests. Good breakfast, nothing missing. Good recommendations for dinner in the nearby village of Saint-Amand. We will be glad to return.

Hotel renovated with Logis label

We stayed as a family for 2 nights from 31 August to 2 September 2021 and were delighted by the welcome of the boss as well as by the hotel. The family room (No.4) was spacious and cleanliness impeccable. The Italian shower was impeccable, a real treat (the country's stones). Good point for the air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is rich and varied (charcuterie and cheese plus) with a super coffee machine. Don't get stuck on the keys, a simple finger splash is enough.

Perfect hotel since renovated

Hotel very clean, quiet and all refurbished. We came for one night, booking the same day and arrived late taken care of! Thanks for the welcome.

Have a good ride.

After a night in this hotel, we were scandalized by the condition of this establishment: dirty room, with smells of moose and locked up, decrepit carpet, broken toilet foot, heavy mold in the shower, no vmc, no heating in the bathroom, broken radiator faucet in the room, traces of coils on the window frames, paintings and mold on the window veil, a night table, two large TVs a postmark, no double-carting passages (the road under the windows of the rooms), no wifi in the room, etc... The only sign that we were receiving from the small living room was that we were receiving the extra fat when we asked for the bill.

What a disappointment.

The price is reasonable, but the quality is poor. The rooms were old and damp (I had the feeling no one had stayed there for a long time), with stanes of smashed flies etc on the curtains and windows. There were cobwebs and it was dusty. The bathroom smelt bad and was old. 
The shower was good however!!!
The restaurant is good, but pricy in comparison with the hotel. The service of the personell is stiff and unfriendly, not client minded at all.
The pictures on the website are taken from a distance, now I onderstand why....
The 'tilleuls' have disappeared a long time back. This should say enough.

Don't ......

Although we could understand that they could not serve us at 21:15, the room they offered our sister was simply unsuitable for accommodation (a mythical smell in the bathroom to the point that it was impossible to use it); ours had 2 faulty lamps and a shiny shower but was clean and comfortable even at night and the bed was comfortable.

Deeply Disappointing

The hostel is located by the road but very quiet. Very little passage. Simple but functional room. The great advantage is the kindness of the employer, professional and very attentive. Her kindness gives this hostel a great desire to return. We will not hesitate to taste the table whose menu and smells were very enticing.
