The property is very responsive to the demands of the tenants. The property is close to the Cassis centre on foot. Everything is functional and corresponds to the description made by the owner.

Nice place in Cassis

We were very welcomed. The villa is located about 500 m walk from the city centre and the port. The studio is spacious, very bright with a view of the canal mountain!!! It is well equipped.

The studio

The villa is located on an avenue where the passage of vehicles becomes very unpleasant starting at 7 o'clock for our part, breakfast outside impossible The other is about the water Too little flow of water, see more than anything, not pleasant when you're full of soap... The toilet, a sanitizer that works very badly and that's not to say I was forced to add water regularly in the bucket with a bottle to start the rebellious c Dommage the view is really beautiful

Nice but far from the top

We had the top floor apartment with the private spa. Great views and location. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. It is a steep walk coming back...so it takes a little longer!

The private spa was a lovely extra. 

Shower room was lovely and big.

Only a 3 star rating but with a bit of extra effort it could be 5. 

Not enough crockery...we only had 2 cups for instance.

A lot of the crockery was chipped and scratched...needed replacing.

Apartment front door had glass panels and during the night when the automatic hallway lights came on our room was lit up. We ended up having to hang a towel over the door.

The sink in the bathroom is not practical. It’s made from glass...looks nice but there is no plug to stop the water from draining away,

Internet in the room was very weak. We had to have the apartment door open to get any sort of signal.

Overall we enjoyed our stay...just some simple improvements and it would have been better value for money.



Great location and view

Very welcoming, very good price ratio, well-designed and equipped apartments. Well located 5 minutes from the port, I recommend! We stayed in winter and it was very pleasant.

It's a very nice apartment.

We stayed in the studio with a private jacuzzi on the terrace. The studio has a sublime sea view. The studio equipment suited us perfectly. Sandrine was very friendly and welcomed us to Cassis station, which was very appreciated and a good start to our WE! Villa located not far from the start for hiking in the slopes and 15 minutes' walk from the harbour, not far from a U-market. It was perfect especially in low season, so very quiet, we will return with great pleasure!

What a wonderful WE!

Brilliant place ! Great studio, v helpful owner, great pool and 10 mins  walk from beach and town centre ! Loved the terrace and the open design! I have no hesitation in recommending and I will stay again! My only regret is not staying longer!  Loved hiring kayaks and visiting the Calanques ! Thank you

Brilliant !

We stayed for 1 week in the suite in Cape Canaille, which at a very beautiful terrace with a superb view that we enjoyed throughout our stay, the apartment is tastefully decorated, the bathroom has a design sink that unfortunately closed during our stay, impossible to use for 3 days....despite a quick intervention from the owner to find out the facts...we finished our stay brushing our teeth in the shower or in the kitchen sink. It seems that the plumbing and the bathroom tiles are a little clogged....that is to say, the feeling at the top of our stay: Unfortunately and unfortunately!

Nice, but disappointed.

Studio located in a beautiful villa very well located 10min walk from the first beaches, the port, the city centre and all shops. Villa with very good indoor and outdoor facilities: gym, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and a large common relaxation room. Once on site no need for a car, except to visit the surroundings. Nice home of the owner. We had the studio Port-Miou, with its small private terrace, pleasant, but once inside we were disappointed by the quality of the furniture finishes: medium quality, headdress, swinging bathroom furniture....... and also bad soundproofing, which for us is not worth a 4*.

My husband and I wanted a relaxing break with our 18-month old son and Villa W helped provide it at a very reasonable price. Our large first floor apartment had a 180 degree view of the sea and cliffs and looked down on the villa's beautifully clean pool. The balcony railings were high and tough enough to be very safe for our son (we did have to retrieve a number of toys from the seating deck below!). The furniture is functional and ikea-style. Plenty of space for the travel for the travel cot, although a single bed is also provided near the double. Our only problem were the curved chairs that we couldn't attach a high chair or booster seat to and the table was too light to put a clip on high chair on. We should have asked in advance for a high chair (an IKEA one would be great!).
The best supermarket is up the hill, right at the roundabout, then down the hill (15 min walk on way, 30 mins back if summer and heavy shopping up hill). The centre of Cassis is easily walkable (same way as supermarket is the easiest with a back carrier or pushchair). 
We hired a car at Marseille airport (£30 Ryan Air tickets from Stanstead) and always had space to park inside the villa's gates. The turn in from the road is a little tricky at first but fine once you have the automated gate key.
