We had the DRC room for 5 nights in September. The room is spacious, the bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is very functional. We could also enjoy a small terrace. The TOP. The breakfast is full and generous. The salty butter caramel is excellent! Isabelle and Daniel are lovely people who do not hesitate to give very good advice about places to visit in their area (Thank you again for the brouge). The guest house is a few minutes' walk from the city centre and the beach! Exactly what it was for us. Rochefort, Mortres on Seudre, Lachelle, L'Île d'Oéron, the Roche de Réveillon, just a few kilometres from Villa-Réveille.

It's a very good stage in this hotel. It's all there: comfort, friendliness, calmness and the situation and the excellent guests who took little care of us.

Thank you for your hospitality and kindness... a first in the guest room and sincerely do not change anything! Cleanliness, charming house, the kitchen space was very nice as the restaurants closed... breakfast in a nice and spacious porch!

After confinement, perfect!

The owner is charming and very smiling, and the rooms are beautiful and well-arranged, and the garden and kitchen provided are pure happiness, and the house, a little out of focus yet very close to the city centre, allows walking to the city centre and the beach while providing the necessary tranquility for rest.

Beautiful and relaxing.

I enjoyed the proximity to the city centre and the beach (on foot), the beautiful garden where I was able to park my vehicle, the calm of the street. The room Oceane looks like a cocoon, with its balcony surrounded by greenery where you can settle down for a moment of relaxation. Good bedding, clear and spacious bathroom, overlooking the garden.

I highly recommend it.

Very nice family room (3pax) with TV, bathroom small terrace and parking space for this room. Quiet place. Very good and cozy Pdj with homemade products (yaorts, brioche, bread..). Very good quality/price ratio. Close to the beach. Convenient kitchen corner for a quick meal

Strongly Advised

The ocean room is very soothing, very quiet and excellent bedding... very welcoming, Isabelle is very available, smiling and friendly... everything was perfect, breakfast was too plentiful, hello the kilos... I recommend her on all levels... if you are looking for peace, this is the perfect place.

Pleasant stay

The guest room is very nice, well situated, breakfast is well provided, and we have access to a fully equipped kitchen, which is very convenient when you do not want or cannot go out to eat all the time.

We were lucky enough to spend a few nights here in spring time and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated in marine themes and ours also had a small balcony perfectly situated to enjoy sunsets with a  glass of wine. The property includes a communal kitchen (with use of a cooker, fridge etc) and a lovely garden for visitors use while breakfast (fantastic, homemade and plentiful) was served in a conservatory at the back. The WiFi wasn't great in the room and worked best in the kitchen but that didn't bother us too much.

The location is great on a quiet street only 5/10 mins walk to the gorgeous beach and very close to the train station. We took the train through to La Rochelle for the day and it was really easy.  The owner of Villa Vert Marine is so friendly and helpful, she even found out the train times for us.  On-street parking was available right outside and was free.

Gorgeous rooms, friendly service, lovely beach town

I spent two nights in this property in a quiet street of Chatelaillon, close to the sea and the centre of the town, close to several restaurants and convenient to visit the Charente Maritime. Very good quality of sleep, our room was not very spacious, but there was everything necessary, it was furnished with good taste and with a small outdoor space, with table and chairs, exclusive use, as well as a relatively large bathroom, with a perfectly functioning shower. Good cleanliness, very good breakfast with excellent croissant, fresh bread, marmalades and yogurt in the house. Isabelle is organized, hospitable area, very quick to provide information and suggestions for the quality of the surroundings. It is possible to meet guests and cafes and use this kitchen as a convenient relationship. We also have a kitchen in France, but we do not use a kitchen, but I do not think that we can make a kitchen with other guests.
