Booked at the last minute. very friendly and available owner. He gave us tips x dinner. clean and quiet rooms. paid parking but we found it in front of the hotel. very good quality/price ratio. Recommended

Accidental occurrence

The hotel is located two steps from the city centre and is easily accessible. With good care from the staff we see that the price ratio corresponds. The bed is comfortable and although the bathroom is a little narrow it is fine. No noise at night and also has a curtain so that nothing light enters the room. The breakfast follows the typical bread base with butter, coffees, tea and juices and bakery in the area. Good price ratio and perfect for one or two nights.

Correcta ratio quality/price

Very nice hotel close to everything. Very friendly accommodation. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is fine. The calm will depend on the other guests. Little bemool: there is no climate so it can heat the rooms. A ventilator is still provided. To hold for a short stay.

Very good value for money

If you go there, don't arrive before the hour, it's the crime of the century! we've been upset by the person at the reception: vulgar, careless, even mean. We were there on November 1st, leaving on November 2nd. We ask if there's breakfast at 7am, we're told that because it's holiday (the 2nd!) it's not before 8am. We're told that it's not a holiday, so normally it was breakfast from 7am. But since we arrived earlier, we're told that she wouldn't have lunch until 7:30am (which was too late for us).

Don't go in there!

This hotel is very well located near the center of Dax. When we booked last June, the owner gave us very good information and even offered to secure our bicycles. The hotel is very clean and the bunk is good. The possibility of having a parking space two steps from the hotel for a reasonable price. The breakfast is top! And the owner is listening and the small care of the guests, very available. I highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back! Martine and Daniel Genevois

We stayed at this hotel for four nights from September 26th to September 29th.

The hotel was the most pleasant! clean, spacious and comfortable, the rooms were furnished with a balcony or terrace. For us it was a large terrace on the courtyard side, quiet and shaded in the morning: a real plus to relax! The manager was available, and she was always courteous and above all very patient, especially during our stay. She was concerned about satisfying her guests. I highly recommend this establishment, which offers really good services.

Very clean, very quiet, very clean, very functional room with a small balcony set up.

A pleasant stay

Positive points: The hotel is well located in the city centre. Despite its relative small size, the rooms are comfortable, well decorated and quite well equipped and it is clean. This hotel is really good value for money. The manager was really friendly. Negative points: Water cut off in the morning even though we were warned by the manager of the establishment who still gave us time to do our toilet before the breakfast in question. Breakfast is not included in the price. Too bad there is no parking.

Nice little hotel with excellent quality price

Bright and quiet room, second floor, with clear views and balcony, courtyard. New, comfortable and modern hotel, two steps from the center. Good welcome. impeccable cleanliness. Good bedding, good bedding and toiletries. Right size room. At least: no breakfast option for sports/diet attentive people: no fruits or cereals without sugar. You have to make an order with the reservation to eat anything other than bread/growing/confections (medium quality).

A Comforting Stage in Dax

The hotel is well situated and easy to find, the reception is warm, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, plus it is a very good price ratio, I highly recommend it for a weekend or a vacation with friends!!!
