On the phone the receptionist did not seem to know himself there on Saturday morning. Arrived friendly receptionist welcome, suitable bed room clean. Little dej there was what was needed but the croissants were infected to taste. My son asks the receptionist for butter he was not well received we waited until he finished his cigarette to get what we had asked for.Really not professional and sour and uncomfortable from the morning. while the night watchman smiling and tactile was friendly. Fortunately the professionalism of some was there.

It's a very expensive hotel, but it's not worth the three-star hotel, and it's not worth the nine-and-a-half euros.

Very poor and too expensive

This is a very basic hotel. Our room was clean, but my brother's room was not. The bathroom is small, but adequate. The worst part about this hotel was the incompetence of the desk staff. I had made the booking using my credit card. My husband upon registering us gave them his. The hotel staff then charged us double for the same room, and charged us different prices. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week now, and they keep refusing. This is a dishonest and woefully inept set-up!

We arrived at the beginning of July, the shower floor wasn't particularly new, but the staff service is really nice, especially the lady with the flower in her hair, thanks to her.

Hotel in need of renovation, clogged toilet, shower floor clean, but construction is sloppy and leafy.

We are a little disappointed. Room is too expensive compared to the establishment and services. On the other hand, large parking is convenient.

All right, but...

I have stayed at this hotel in recent years and found it to be quite good however I have just returned yesterday 
The Hotel has deteriated , rooms need a complete revamp, smells of cigarettes 
The breakfast was almost non existent, very poor standard and quality
I recommend people look elsewhere
I will not stay here again

My girlfriend and I arrived at around 8pm on Saturday, November 6th, a young man greeted us, not smiling too much, we disturbed him very much. In the morning, I went down to get the little dej from the bakery right next door. It was pretty cool and when I came back I didn't know what it was until I saw behind the young lady at the reception that same young man eating. I allowed myself to tell the young lady at the reception as I left with my girlfriend.

Disappointing the Assistant

We arrived to pay for our various rooms booked 5 anyway for my sister-in-law's wedding, on 2 October the person who hosted us was without a mask, his colleague she was wearing her mask (while it is specified to wear a mandatory mask). Very disappointed by the indiscretion of the person who handed us the badges and had us pay, because she made us reflect that the wedding was sudden and quick, given the booking in the week and the number of rooms taken in our culture we do not accept this kind of disrespectful statement. Well a shame because we would have 6 rooms for the next 10 days, but with this kind of person we would rather go elsewhere and pay more.

What can I say?

Hotel almost unique in La Ferté sous Jouarre... there is no choice but really despite the good will of the staff this hotel is old and poorly maintained, no climate and impossible to open the window because of the noise.
