There's a lot to be said about all the areas, I can't go into the details as there are so many of them... even the table is not extraordinary: very simple evening, and if you come to relax, not even a suitable corner to meet friends, as for breakfast: any. expensive for a relationship without quality.

At the time of booking, we were asked for a deposit of 24€. The refund of this deposit is subject to certain conditions. There are 4 rooms in this hostel, 2 in the house and 2 in a house attached. The room we had was very nice, very well decorated. Attention to the people at Orange, there is no network. It has a SFR network amplifier and wifi. Very good welcome. The couple is very friendly. We are asked as soon as we arrive what we drink for breakfast. The place is very quiet, no noise. After a good breakfast, we have breakfast inside.

Nice but expensive.

We stayed at Entre Bois et Pres for 1 night on a cycling trip through France. The accommodation is of a very high quality and the house is in a very quiet location making our stay very restful. Our host was very helpful and made us very welcome. Both dinner and breakfast were superb. Highly recommended.

Lovely accommodation in quiet location

A relaxing setting, warm and charming guests, a tastefully decorated room and so quiet, home jams for breakfast, a treat!:-) In short, a good address to save for a next stay...

What a lovely address!

My husband and I stayed at the B&B for a one night stopover on our way down to the Loire from Calais.  We had driven across country to get there and went through many of the villes fleuri in Normany.  Maryse was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us our room, which was very clean and comfortable.  As previously noted by others there was no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, but this really was not a problem and the decor had been very skillfully thought through.  The notes in the room explaining about the villes fleuri and the philosophy behind the decor of the house.  Maryse provided us with a meal which was local cuisine and was very welcome, as was the extra wine that was provided to us.  Breakfast the next morning was also excellent local cuisine.  All in all a very comfortable stay.  Thank you

Exactly what we needed after a long drive

Single room overlooking the entrance and parking house, mini-dash and no door and no big finish, mobile toilet board, small TV, medium bed, basic small dej, clean. owners of the most furnishings and typical house, castle battlefields nearby

Quiet and warm welcome

Location was good, room clean and comfortable, but since the family room of four was all that was left, we booked it and, though we were only a couple, were still charged as if we were four.  In the B and B business, one expects a little understanding in this regard. On top of which we could hear the owner's t.v. through the thin door separating our quarters from the kitchen.  

Clean, comfortable, but lacking in grace.

The house and gardens were very attractive but were surprised when shown our room, to see a wc and shower/sink at one end, with only a small waist high screen around the WC. ....somewhat unexpected and had we been friends or only known one another for a short time this could have proved a bit of a problem. 
The owners were friendly and breakfast was good and taken outside in the garden with other guests who appeared to have rooms to the side of the house with perhaps better toilet facilities.
Have rated average due to this.

The WC at the end of the bed was a surprise

There is no separation between the bathroom and the room; the result: the toilets are in the room. It's a shame we didn't think it was right to install a partition with a door to separate the restroom from the bed.

Aubépine's room: it's good to know...

Ours was a Big room with comfortable king sized bed. However, the compact bathroom had a curtain rather than a door, so no privacy. Good locally sourced brekkie with four choices of bread. Well located for walking, though no local amenities. Friendly hosts Maryse & Bernard, little English spoken. Very quiet. 10 km from Le Bec Hellouin which has three good restaurants (not open Mondays).
With a bigger, lighter bathroom with door it would get five stars.
