A cosy B&B just a few minutes’ drive from the Promenade des Anglais, and about 15 minutes’ walk to the tram#2 which can take you along the coast. The room was nice and clean, complete with A/C (we didn’t have to use it), and a fridge. The bed is comfortable, the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but I like it rather firm. The bathroom is small but has everything, including a good shower. We had delicious breakfasts in the garden.
Our host Cristina is oozing charm, she was extremely efficient and helpful. She explained us how to use the tram and buses and even had a rechargeable tram ticket ready. She also gave excellent tips on where to park the car, and how to get to the places we wanted to visit.


Comfortable B&B with a charming hostess

Christina welcomed us so warmly with a very large ultra clean room the household is made every day a small bottle of water available in the room per person tea tea tea tisane bottle also available toiletries and laundry supplied hyper copious and varied lunch served on her terrace in the middle of her luxurious garden electric portal and place worse the vehicle in her backyard the accommodation is 15 minutes walk from the English walkway or the tram I highly recommend this magical place

It's amazing.

We only stayed one night. The room is super well designed like a small apartment. We were able to get pizza delivered because we arrived late. Very hospitable hostess who explains what to visit. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent. It's very cozy. It's nice to get out after this lockdown. I really recommend this room.

Everything was perfect.

The place is run by a very friendly Italian lady. Room is nice and clean, there is parking in front of the place. The breakfast is very nice and fresh. 
Really recommand staying here when you want to visit the south of France.

So friendly and cosy

Cristina is just great! She's in the minor care... We feel at home!! The rooms are impeccable, clean, comfortable and quiet!! The little dej is delicious! (I'm a fan of yogurt cake 😜) I'll be back home without hesitation... Thanks again for everything.

What a great address!

Cristina is an extraordinary hostess: kind, thoughtful, listening, warm... We stayed at her house for 3 days and enjoyed our discreet but genius hostess. Room (apartment for us) very comfortable, very well equipped and in very good condition. Independent entrance to her home with access to a equipped terrace (living room, dry laundry...). Great lunch: complete with Viennese, bread, butter, jams, honey, pasta, cakes, cake, homemade hot beverages and lots of fruit...

We stayed two nights in Cristina's B&B in a low season and we had a really good time. We recommend it both for the hospitality of the owner and for the location. Quiet rooms, well furnished and comfortable interior parking.

We were just passing for one night ahead of our flight in the early morning but we couldn't ask for better! For the convenient center if you have the car but having the car seat is not a problem! Large room with clean and well-furnished living room ☺️ Cristina very kind, she took care of us already before our arrival and after giving us all the directions for an evening in Nice in the early morning she offered us an excellent breakfast. RECOMMENDED!!!

Monaco f1 weekend

Very nice B&B 👍, the owner is a very delightful Italian woman 😊. We got all the inside information (beautiful beaches, restaurants etc.) from her, she showed us everything on the city map right away. The continental breakfast is a hit, every freshly baked cake and everything the heart desires. It's always covered on the terrace , where usually Leo, the sweet and tame housekeeper, comes along. The room is very nicely furnished, the bathroom but small nonetheless everything there. There is a free park right on the street, but you also have the possibility to park in the yard. We would always book it back there, it's like visiting friends 👍
