The castle is splendid but seems to be abandoned by the guests. The grass takes over the whole territory. In the gravel, on the terrace and around the pool. The owner should avoid leaving pipes or stairs at the entrance to the customer's view. Inside, the dust has settled everywhere. It is found on the sdb app, on the fake flowers that decorate the hall and the living room, on the carpets. The tiles are no longer cleaned for a long time. A cleanliness would be ideal to make this place majestic. The guests seem to be outdated or too old to change their lifestyle and return to this place. The breakfast is not a very basic confession (they think it was a very small pot of coffee, but they will not be able to drink it). I hope that when the guests come back to the room, they will not be able to make a few dirty and dirty comments.

Excellent stage in a very beautiful and well furnished castle. It was a Smartbox stay and we were very well received. Good quality food and breakfast. I am very surprised by some disastrous comments that do not reflect reality. The room was overlooking the well-maintained park. We were asked for the sanitary pass and fortunately allowed to get rid of the mask. I recommend this establishment whose maintenance must be a financial chasm.

We were discriminated against because they refused us access because our baby was going to make too much noise and bother other customers (it's like animals, you have to warn that you have a child) We were robbed because they refused to cancel our reservation, because they didn't want to lose the money for the room. But in the end, we lost the money for the room. We paid for a service that wasn't done. Shameful and inhuman.

A castle that doesn't quite match the photos that you can see on many sites! The owners certainly have financial difficulties maintaining it and it can be understood but there are things that simply depend on goodwill and customer respect: a crick that hangs under a window, cardboard packaging and plastic buckets that hang all over the park, a vacuum cleaner that hangs on the swimming pool beach, the dining room windows that haven't been cleaned for a few months, bicycles in the entrance hall... Some rooms look gorgeous on the internet sites but as far as we're concerned, we've had a common room and I'm not going to talk about the bathrooms! The description seen on the site does not correspond at all to reality. Façades in bad summer, woodworking and fence to be repaired, park without any maintenance so thorns and thistles and weeds have replaced the vegetation in the photos. Some places are dangerous such as the edge of the pond, pool unusable because not maintained, our room with a tiny closet (our clothes remained in the suitcases) and a hole in the ceiling badly stuffed with expansive foam. In addition the castle is on the immediate edge of a busy passing road during the day.

Fake photos and false descriptions limit fraud.

Atypical charming place although in its juice, beautiful spaces, beautiful comfortable room...damaged by the deceit of the guests, especially the gentleman. HONTEUX breakfast: 1 growing, 1 slice of chocolate bread cut into 2, 6 slices of bread sliced all to share for 2, with the commentary of the breakfast that tells us not to fight...the next day, we were at 1 table of 5, the first person we served, there was not much more right, we left 1 slice of bread and 1 diner, the couple who stayed with us at a price at our box office took 6 1/2 slices of their lunch.... we didn't have to pay for the 2 1/2 slices of coffee, we didn't have to pay for the 2 300 euros, we didn't have to pay for the very nice quality of the coffee, we didn't have to pay for the 2 1/2 slices of wine, we didn't have to pay for the rest of the lunch... we didn't have to pay for the 2 1/2 slices of wine, and we didn't have to pay for the very nice quality of the coffee!

We were disappointed with the location on the side of the road, but above all we had to head back to an extremely hostile and unorganized owner to solve an administrative problem (as part of a Wonderbox gift).

A mix up on room booked, was a little upset, as end of season maybe not at it best, owners very nice and chatty, meal was very nice and interesting. breakfast did not match the reviews I had read. sadly not our idea of a chateau, again maybe wrong time of year.
