Thank you Rocco for hosting us. Rocco is a responsible and friendly owner. He has contacted me ahead of my arrival, gave gd guidance and advice on how to reach the apartment.

The apartment is in the centralised location, but very secured. There are several doors with password accessed before we can finally reached our apartment.

As other mentioned the sofa bed is really comfortable and can accommodate 2 person. There is a separate bedroom with queen size bed that can accommodate 2 person as well. 

Apartment is well equipped, can do simple cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment! Thanks Rocco.

Cosy apartment in a superb location! 

We stayed here for 3 nights in August. This was our second stay at these excellent apartments. This time we had a two bedroom one on the 4th floor, very spacious and ideal for a family. It had everything you could reasonably need, including a fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, hob, washing machine, kettle and toaster, ironing board and iron, TV with lots of channels and WiFi. The apartments also have a lift. The location is perfect, close to shops, bars and restaurants, but the apartments themselves are lovely and quiet. No street noise. Very handy for Printemps and the metro, also not far from the Louvre. We walked everywhere from here, to the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysee, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer etc. We arrived into Paris from Dijon, at Gare de Lyon, really easy to get to the apartments from there, just hop on the red line RER A two stops down and get off at Auber. That line also goes out to Euro Disney, so this is a great place to stay if you plan to visit that. There are quite a few accommodation options on Rue Caumartin, these apartments worked out cheaper than many of the others. Definitely recommend.

Second visit

Very nice corner of the 9th arrondissement, above the big shops. The apartment is at the top, reception, equipment (dishwasher and laundry) cleanliness, access. One small reproach the bed that did not suit us (too hard). We recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to every corner of Paris.

Initiation of young children

The situation is unbeatable if you come by car, just park in the underground garage of the nearby train station, pre-order via the Internet. A few steps on foot, you are in the apartment, the apartment is very large, fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly. However, if we stayed in the apartment a little, air conditioning is very important. Metro station a few steps away.

It's a great location.

I'm back from Paris tonight with my family and I want to do a review right away about this fantastic apartment ideal for those who want to have a quiet vacation...it's in a strategic spot close to everything metro and rer a couple of steps and shops everywhere...Daniel understands Italian and is a very kind and available person he kept our suitcases stored until we left....what to say a wonderful vacation, I definitely recommend you

This is a fantastic apartment.

This was a terrific place to stay for the family. Centrally located, very quiet and ideal for going for day trips around Paris. The apartment is very spacious and has ample room for a family.  Look forward to returning. 

Great location and apartment 

Well located and spacious apartment. Clean and well looked after by Daniel. Convenient to metro for sight seeing, handy to walk to many tourist destinations and plenty of restaurants meaning everything is simple. Apartment also quiet at night so good for young families 

Excellent location

Very nice apartment, very well placed, whether for sightseeing or shopping. Metro access nearby. Tres nice service. I highly recommend and I will probably return there on my next stay.

That's great!

I travelled in a family of five (my wife and in-laws) over the new year to Paris, and we stayed at one of the apartments at the location. We were pleasantly surprised to see a bottle of champagne, compliments of our host Daniel in celebration of the new year! 

Amenities-wise, we found everything we needed for a four day stay (washer/dryer, microwave oven, hair dryer, free wifi, cable TV, etc), including comfortable rooms with a homely vibe. Just to note: the toilet is located separately from the shower within the apartment; sounds strange but it works well when we were staying together! Location-wise, it's very near the metro and shopping districts too. Overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment!

Perfect location for walking and shopping in the center of Paris. We spent a very pleasant stay in a tastefully renovated building. Tres beautiful decoration up to the hallways of the building. Very quiet apartment overlooking an inner courtyard. Very pleasant and available hotel. I highly recommend. We keep this address for our next stay.
