It is not the only establishment in the sector, hotel or restaurant, to know about this situation and, for some, for a long time.

It's over now!

This is a miserable hotel... here's the version for summary in two words. We used to come to this hotel once every 2 years on average the quality was impeccable, today the service is deplorable: -Receptionist who smokes with these friends in the reception hall. -Room 17° when we arrived without heating. A couch in the cabinet is holed up everywhere. -Toilets that run. Impossible to hunt. - Half of the channels (TV) that don't work. -One more for the hotel in a small wifi room. (We see that no one else goes downstairs).

I need to get out of here.

This hotel should be closed! The 3 stars are not justified! You came to this hotel to be near a wedding reception, the shock when you arrived in our room was... violent! The reception is deplorable, the rooms are dirty!! No services... not even an elevator... Hotel super glaucus!!

This is an awful hotel!

We'd be in Africa, this hotel would be on the side, but a few steps from Paris, it's a real scandal. It's got to be a decade since it's been maintained with old-fashioned decoration but mostly a crumbled and unfolded wallpaper like carpet, ripped sockets, light bulbs when they're running and leaks to toilets. You have to add a smell of persistent moisture.

Africa... in France

A deplorable reception on arrival and departure where we were not even offered breakfast!.... Old-fashioned room, decaying furniture, carpet with stains.. Bathroom of the 1930s, a towel for two, no toothbrushes, tiled tiles, rusted radiators etc... Don't put your foot in it! How can this establishment keep its 3 stars????? This establishment is a hoax!

That's unfortunate.

Dreadful start to finish....
Our room had a dirty stained carpet, plug sockets hanging off the wall, white gaffer tape stick on the ceiling, very dated pink bathroom with stained toilet seat, scratchy towels, no plugs in the bath or sink, the bar wasn't operating and you could only have breakfast. For 8euros got a tray with a  croissant, hot drink, piece of French bread and small orange juice...the second morning we also were given a yoghurt and an apple. The common areas were just as tatty and the breakfast area had an ugly conference table taking up most of the space. This has to be the worst hotel We've ever stayed in.
My tip, stay somewhere else unless they have a major refurbishment! 

We won't be returning!

What a way to spoil the beautiful environment with this ugly hotel that also has a staff who seems to be doing you a favor every time you ask for something.There is no hot water from midnight or at least we didn't.The padded walls and upholstered floor give a touch of bad horror film.Try to avoid this hotel.

The cabin of horror.

The hotel hasn't been renovated for at least 20 years. Rooms are not clean (floor dirty, spider webs on the walls), the whole hotel smells smooth. The minibar was dirty, too. No elevator, unmotivated staff. The breakfast room is filled with chairs, the counter still had the dishes from the day before. For this price, a higher standard should definitely be offered.

Weak hotel

Dirty rooms from day one, never cleaned, and under the bed I found a pair of dirty socks, and I don't know how long they've been there, and we made breakfast every other day because the guy who was supposed to serve them often fell asleep, and we switched hotels out of desperation, and it was a bad hotel.

Dirty rooms and poor services

rooms are old and dirty, there is a constant flow of peoples at night coming and going talking, bar is dirty, personnel not very helpful
