It's a great place to visit. It's just two-thirds of the way through. The concept is great. There's at least some extra heating and a blanket in the winter. The small smoking courtyard is a good idea. For one step, it's worth a visit. You're in the heart of the old town, which allows you to visit without taking a car.

A good institution

The room was clean and well presented. It is good value for money. The building is quaint and is part of the ancient city centre. The buildings here are being sympathetically restored and create a wonderful testament to the ancient community. Many half timbered buildings and cobbled streets.
Unfortunately there is quite a lot of noise from other rooms in the building. The only parking available seems to be nearby streets.

Overnight stop

This place has apartments numbered 1 - 5 but any bookings made do not specify which number you are getting. 
As our booking said Appart Troyens 1, we assumed we had room no 1. Shortly after we settled in another couple arrived & we were told that they had booked it not us. 
Also, another confusion is that the apartment with a courtyard (no 1) is described as 'apartment with terrace'

Be clear on which room you are booking 

Apartment located in typical Trojan building. Difficulty reaching the owner by phone (take it well in advance) Studio just clean (WC to detach svp, household to do more conscientiously also svp) Low quality bed. No sound insulation with the street... Quarter a little unoccupied at night so much noise on the 4 a.m. shoots... 1 toilet seat per person is a bit fair!!! 1 toilet roll for 2 to 4 days,...... In short, even for 50€ a night, it's not worth their effort......

Not great for the price.

We booked a month ago no problems several contacts with the landlord except that 20 km from the arrival this gentleman informs us that he could no longer receive us... booking informs me that he had rented this apartment to several people for the same WE..I find it dishonest knowing that we were arriving with a baby attention!!

The apartment on the ground floor of the chalet completely met our expectations. It was comfortable, warm and clean. The studio was fully equipped. There was even a small outdoor terrace with a breakfast table and hammocks. We'll be back!!

Warm; good quality at a reasonable price!! 

Near the center in a quaint house in this small town with just four apartments. The room has everything you need to have a nice vacation in this charming city. And the prices are really high.

Ideally located close to the historic city center. We chose the ground floor apartment with terrace. Simple decoration. Functional apartment but a little dark. Clean and in good condition. There was only one coffee shop missing. This ground floor allowed us to discover an area of charm we did not suspect.

All right, all right.

Located 10 minutes walk from the city centre and restaurants. The car is parked 30 metres from the apartment. You have to have one to reach the owner. The access code and key are given at this time. The stairs are narrow and not easy to access with a suitcase. The apartment is clean and has a kitchenette with the necessary equipment.

Nice location.

We'd paid (if booking through booking.com one's money is taken in advance of arrival) for a garden view, to avoid street noise. Because it took time waiting to ring (the manager has to be rung-you leave a message- he gets back when he's ready) and be rung back we entered with the help of another customer and so took the only available room, one right above the noisy street. There's no air con and it was a warm night. Needless to say, not much sleep was had. We weren't given instructions to leave E1.80 room tax and left, to receive a text much later in the day saying we hadn't left the money. Communications are poor with little or no joining instructions. Otherwise, acceptably furnished, good free wifi, dog friendly. Parking is on street a few years a away from the house.
