- Dirty, stained, and possibly damaged by water (photos attached) - Numerous spider webs, black walls - Naked wires above the sink, inside the microwave containing food residue, pasta residue in the sink (photos attached) - Uncomfortable to use (photo attached) - Very old dust on the bulbs especially headlamp (photo attached) - All air conditioners unable to fill their - Mirrors, tables in poor condition.

Dirty hotel!you're being asked to pay cash for breakfast without a bill 11 euros 50 cents for an orange juice and a few empty cakes it's stealing I demanded to be refunded because I didn't want to have lunch I was told it's not possible!I asked for a bill he didn't want I understood the little scam!I'm going to report to the city hospital juif [IGR] I hope the people IGR send are not pigeons in the eyes of the receptionist!!I'm angry

Stop stealing people from cancer patients is a shame

The staff is nice if they're well-mannered (sometimes they don't like to be disturbed especially the maid) and breakfast isn't always well-attended.

Very well-designated hotel great stay welcome last minute reservation accepts no problem the heat was a little high but everything was very good i recommend the price is still reasonable for the period

It's a great hotel.

It's without a doubt the worst apartment hotel I've ever stayed in. The carpet is dirty. My husband, who has a dust allergy, spent four nights with a constant allergy attack. The kitchen has no covers, no pan. It's regrettable. The worst of all was that a guy opened the door to our room at 12pm while we were sleeping, we ran him over and ran away.

The worst part is, they're dirty, they're hanging out in the bedroom.

The word dirty is not even appropriate. This hotel is dirty, disgusting. Firstly when you arrive at the reception you are confronted by someone who is nothing professional, accompanied by young people who squat at the reception and allow themselves to ask really personal questions! 1st assigned room already used with the bed through a mattress and the top of the bed on the floor. Not to mention the carpet on which one barely dares to put one's feet. 2nd assigned room: two simple beds, hair and hair in the sheets, pillows in incredible, just disgusting states, not to mention the beds in the rooms and the hostel still as vile.

This is a disastrous hotel, run!

The price is fair, The staff is so friendly, Mr.Osama is so cooperative, Mr. Baleek is a real hard worker, Ms. Fayrooz is a nice receptionist, sanrda the cleaning lady is so cheerful.

The hotel was not horrible. We upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which I am glad we did.  The tower is far away, but it is clear that is what it is and the light show at night can easily be seen. 
The room was quaint, nice shower and sink area with toilet closet. There was a kitchenette, fridge and a small table. Outside of a place to hang clothes there was absolutely no place to put your clothing. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The bed was very firm and pillows were comfy. 
We opened the doors to the balcony and were attacked by pigeons looking for food, but once we figured out we could open the door and just not stand in it, we were good. We could not leave the door open at night because there is a highway that runs right next to the hotel that is extremely loud at all hours of the day and night with large trucks, sirens, and other loud vehicular sounds.  In fact, just the door being ajar produced enough sound to prevent sleep.  Finally, the balcony was covered in pigeon excrement and that is the limit of my complaint about the room. 
The property has full-time tenants in apartments or rather other rooms. This was not an issue as everyone was friendly, but just know that people live there. 
The lobby and staff were as friendly and accommodating as could be and just super nice. 
The hotel is FAR away from all of the action and frankly we spent more money on transportation to all the action than it would have cost to just rent a more expensive hotel within walking distance of any of the attractions. 
The address is also not clear as Google Maps took us to some industrial part of the city via train, then we jumped a cab to a second location that was not the hotel, only after the cab driver called the hotel and got a description from the front desk as to the location was he able to find it. 

In summary, this  place is WAY TOO FAR away from anywhere you want to be when you come to Paris. It has serious noise issues, but it is a relatively nice place. Lastly, the permanent residents, while friendly is still a bit uncomfortable.

Very dirty and in very poor condition, the door to the room didn't lock us anywhere. The carpet was worth seeing, the windows full of m... telarañas..success in any corner, served as an experience for us next time to pay a little more but be in better condition.

There is no future.

In Booking we were cancelled and had to find a place to stay at the last minute. The place was square on price and the scores weren't bad at all. We asked for two rooms with a kitchen. We were given dieron on different floors. One of them broke the access card reader and the reception guy gave us the solution to call him so that he would open the door with a key every time we entered and left. Our room was dirty, the lunches that were kept in the closet had hair. There was only one towel although we were two in the room. There were no kitchen utensils. The water extractor was in the water and there was no ventilation. The windmill's handle and the windmill's handle. There was no doubt more than one kind of toilet paper in the closet.
