We found it by accident. On the street, a woman asked us if we were looking for accommodation, and she led us to a neighbor's house. It's clean, cozy. It's better to take the 4,5,6 rooms - they go out into the yard. The rest are noisy because the windows go out into the busy street, but if it's critical for anyone... breakfast is very tasty.

A good guesthouse in Borjomi

Room

Humongous doors lead to a clean, tidy room. Bathroom is clean. Air con is there, which is a godsend in summer when it gets very hot.

Location

It's a 10 minute walk from where the minibuses drop you off, or you could get a cab. There are a few restaurants and cafes nearby, and the gardens are also within walking distance

Breakfast

This is available, but at extra cost. We didn't bother, instead getting food from local shops, which was cheaper.

Service

Despite English not being widely spoken here, the staff were cordial. They didn't offer much in terms of additional services, such as tours to Vardzia or anything like that - we got that sorted through the tourist information office instead.

Overall, a great little place to stay. Recommended.



Great little place to stay

This guesthouse is on the quieter end of town which makes it ideal. 
We had a room facing the street which was bright and clean overlooking the park.
The owners are lovely and accommodating. 
We loved staying here for three nights. 


Great choice 

The hotel is very nice, very clean and neat. It is very well located, next to the park. The rooms are small, clean, fresh and very cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable rest. Comfortable beds, bedding all new, soft and comfortable. The hotel owners are beautiful, friendly and very tactful people, they speak Russian and English perfectly. Choose this hotel, you will not regret! Here is a great combination of price and quality!

Cleanliness, comfort and comfort

This mini-hotel is very conveniently located, both for traveling by car and for staying in the city. Ten minutes to the park is a measured step, next to several restaurants and cafes. The hostess and her family are amazingly hospitable, responsive to any request. Our room was small, but cozy, with very high ceilings. The only inconvenience is the bathroom, it is quite narrow, the shower water, despite cleaning, did not dry up until the end (maybe because of the time of year - we were in October). There was no snow outside noises, the building in the neighborhood was in an adequate mode.

Conveniently located, comfortable stay

The Owners of the guest house are very humble and their hospitality will make me choose this place in our next visit.
We left early in the morning for borjomi park which is in a walk-able distance, so couldn't try their breakfast.

Superb Hotel in a excellent location

This guest house is really nice. Quiet neighborhood, an amazing living room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Only bedrooms could be a little bit better. At my room I had three beds but there was not even a small closet. But overall - pretty nice place to stay.

Great livingroom

Very friendly hosts with knowledge of Russian and English will tell everyone, advise where to go). Good location Clean and spacious rooms, there is a TV with Russian channels, wi-fi, in the room there is a refrigerator, balcony, but no safe.

Good location.

This family run guest house is located around the city center, very near to the park. It's very hard to miss it. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean with a wifi connection. The staff will also help you with the travel suggestions. Overall, I'm happy that I chose to stay there.
