We were passing through for a night when we found this lovely place. The staff were friendly, rooms were nice and clean and the view from the balcony was a treat to wake up to. Also, the breakfast buffet was bang on! All for a very fair price, this place is well worth a visit.

Cleanliness
The facilities were really clean and tidy, room was well maintained and it looks they are performing regular maintenance to keep it up to date and functional, the building seems to be either new or recently upgraded, really nice place. 

Comfort
The layout of the room was proper and convenient for the purpose of the trip, two twin beds and closet were more than enough for our trip. 

Value
The value of the property even that was high, it really meet the standards and give you the feeling that is worth to be paid.  

Facilities Clean
Tidy, well maintained and cozy. 

Location Good however you need to take a taxi or have your vehicle because the downtown is a couple of kilometers away. 

Staff 
We did not interact that much with the staff, only for the key handover but the owner and his son were very helpful and supportive.

Amazing Facilities, look like new! A really comfortable place to stay.

Quiet location, amazing views, huge and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast, bar and karaoke... Here is everything what we needed for a great holidays!

Hotel with amazing views

Had booked on the net through booking.com on arrival were told there were no rooms available!!! It could been helpful if they had intimated us on email or a phone call - would have saved us time and effort in getting there.

Service

Recommended this hotel by the tourist info in Borjomi. The owner/manager who speaks very limited English came down to the office to show us the way to the hotel. Throughout our stay he was very friendly and endeavoured to help in every way he could. 

Rooms were well appointed with quality appliances. Shower was excellent! 

The best part of this hotel though is obviously the view which is just fantastic. Uninterrupted views of gorgeous mountains. 

Twin room was $80 and a bit more for a double. Was decent value for the money. We enjoyed our 2 night  stay here. 

What a warm welcome!

There are not many places in Borjomi where you can accommodate an adventurous tourist, but the views are excellent and the air is clear, I highly recommend that you visit the sulphur pools, even in winter.

It's worth it.

This villa-like hotel will be a real treasure for those loving Russian style interior. There are glancing floors in the entrance hall and everything one wishes for in a princess bedroom, but what it lacks completely, is warmth. Some functional furniture was lacking, no decos, only the most necessary objects. In the bathroom we could see that the workers did not do their best to hide their efforts, glue was sticking out on the places where the toilette was attached to the floor and the sink to the wall. 
The owner Zura was something between friendly and pushy. He picked us up at the Borjomi center, a nice gesture. During our stay we got a feeling they have invested a lot in building the place and need to get their money back as soon as possible. He wanted to know all our plans and make us eat in the hotel for any price (their restaurant rooms are in the basement, rather dark, disco lights...). He is an expert of the surrounding though and can take you to several places of interest in Borjomi, arrange a horseride and a massage in the hotel (we did not try out these options).
We got an impression that the owner's family lives at the place as well. When he showed us the room, a possible family member boy was present and playing the ball with his friend from our future balcony. There was some noise from the family/workers who were screaming, coursing, discussing throughout the day under our balcony.
The receptionist seemed more trustful and less pushy, and that is why more pleasant, spoke EN and RU. 
Exceptionally, this hotel is equiped with the clothe hanger. 
If you're looking for a clean room and are able to handle the Russian chic, this might be an option when staying at Borjomi.

Rooms are spacious and clean...location is very good...furniture is new ...people are very helpful and kind..but it needs a little more time to finish all maintenance and reparing to be more comfortable...

Nice place

A wonderful new private hotel in an incredibly beautiful place, surrounded by pine forest, the view from the balcony is beautiful, the hotel is not cheap, but it's worth it, the host is hospitable, and the wine is very tasty, and the chapa is very tasty.
