Super centrally located hotel. Two minutes' walk to a very charming little town. We were a little early and the front desk was not yet occupied; but a one-way call was enough to get access to the room via the keybox. Very nice helpful staff. The rooms have come a bit old but very clean and everything you need is there. Very good price performance ratio, we'd love to come back.

Nice hotel in great condition

From the outside, the Hotel Residenz is hardly recognizable as such. The entrance is shared with a game hall. The hotel is a staircase higher. In Ansbach parking costs (almost) everywhere money. Although the hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but there is an agreement with a parking garage at about 150 m distance. (Something tricky - you have to let the chef describe yourself accurately.) City center in a few distances. A bit of strange mutant details in the room. For example, there are lines on the wall where someone with the water balance points and lines are drawn there to determine any obstacles.

Close to the center and something special

Even the entrance was not inviting. The rooms on the street were quite noisy. If you have a problem with it, take the room away from the street. I didn't find the air conditioning in my room. At first glance, the room seemed clean. However, there were holes in the wall that weren't even necessarily stuffed. Electricity and wire cans hung halfway up the room and in the hallway to the rooms. As far as I can judge, the staff were friendly, although they didn't feel really professional. For one night, fine. Still, the poor rating, especially since the price/performance didn't match.

The name promises more

There's a statement on the entrance next to the game hall. The rooms are loud and smell unpleasant. The main street is right outside the door.

Cheap way down

In a central location, the beautifully clean and newly renovated rooms are recommended, preferably not to the main street because of the noise of the street.

Nice new room.

A hotel where employees put their feet on the table and the owner is cashed out is already very adventurous. The furniture is old, the walls are dirty. The room is muddy and the bedding seems to have not been changed after the last use. At breakfast there were two days old baked buns and only packaged goods. The only positive is the modernized bathroom.

Bad hotel, overpriced

The hotel is located just a few hundred metres from the city gate in Ansbach and thus at the edge of the pedestrian zone. You can reach the centre, the church, the residence, the courtyard, the courthouse and much more on foot and therefore has a really great location with the hotel to explore Ansbach. The entrance together with a game casino does not seem particularly inviting. The reception is at the stairwell in the 1st floor and has been functioning well. Special requests have been fulfilled without interruption. The restaurant also located in the 1st floor (Italian table) had a rest day, so I can not report on its quality. The rooms are in the 2nd floor (and vice versa). The shower can be equipped with a handy shower and a good bathroom. The room was very clean with a large bathroom, but the restroom was very clean, with a very good bathroom, but I said the room was very clean with a large bathroom.
