As a local, I've already heard that the hotel doesn't deliver what it promises, but that my mother and aunt had to be treated like the last dirt by one of the reception ladies is more than inappropriate in this industry. The lady acted extremely unfriendly from the beginning, even though it was just a question about a booking. Helpfulness seems to be a foreign word to her. Shouting at her guests, even insulting and referring them to the house without reason, is probably hardly the behavior that should be done in a hotel during the day. Business loss is still mildly expressed.

Unfriendly receptionist

Great panoramic terrace. Good food, good service. It takes a while to order, but you get good quality and friendly service. I'm glad I didn't get the bad reviews.

The hotel is very close to the lake. It has its own parking lot and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were also neat. They were clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very good. Because of Corona there was no buffet. However, you could order everything and you got super fresh pastries etc. The price was great.

Nice hotel with charm.

Paid for breakfast and didnt get it. Not okay to pay for breakfast. We ordered through hotels.com and with breakfast.. if they Can not sell breakfast, they should Update their service on hotels.com or not even use the service

Food is not good and costly.We found plastic in one dish. May be they have too many customers but they need to careful about quality of food. Food had no taste and cold.

Thieves, the institution has stolen 100 euros from us, now acts in a disgusting way so as not to pay us back. Such behavior is unacceptable.

Flights

We were eating in the beautiful beer garden with the best location by the lake. Unfortunately, the good impression was lost due to slow serving and bad food. The service came only after I asked if there was self-service in the beer garden.

Slow operation, poor eating and expensive

I got the worst soup of my life. It tasted like nothing, and was touted as a strong broth from the top of the table. It went back and was not charged either. The service was friendly and hospitable.

Incredibly bad food

The sausage salad for 10€ had to be found on the plate, the portion was so small. When slicing, the potatoes tasted really ugly after old fat. Moreover, it was not possible to exchange the tomato sauce, which probably costs more, for the cheaper gravy sauce. If only it had been possible for 2€ surcharge. Due to the refusal to pay the 2€ surcharge, the noodles, which were for a child, were brought 10 minutes later than the rest of the meal. The staff is also not exactly the friend in person. Once and never again!

Just awful and not recommended.

We had my wife and I booked three nights over e-bay in this hotel and were very satisfied the room was fine just the bed has a little stuffed we had a super breakfast buffet and the four-course menu on arrival day was good and extensive we can recommend the hotel quite further
