The district doesn't have too many hotels to offer. I'd rather stay in the city centre. It's not much more expensive either. Two points I gave away just for breakfast - that's fine. The rooms are really not recommended. A TV from the 80s, folding beds without any sleeping comforts and folding furniture. This hotel unfortunately has no right to stay... there are countless (also cheap) alternatives in Berlin.

If you don't have a choice...

Small and dirty rooms, some of them are open into an old plaza building (no windows to outside, no fresh air...) the TV is smaller than my phone but older than me...
One of the employees was unbelievably arrogant with us, I hope the hotel will fire this "lady" We would stay here 4 nights but after 2 nights we leave, of course no money back...
The city center is about 60-70 min... 

Run away "hell middle" no 3 star, max 1 or 2

Very well positioned, with affordable prices and... all white! Stayed for a bachelor party, proved to be the solution to our needs for visit and fun.

It's all right!

There is no comfort here, nor is there a good breakfast buffet, but the hotel is located directly above Dahme-Spree and in the middle of the old cottage. The rooms are small and very convenient, the beds do not spoil.

Only for temporary or short-stay

The hotel's management was not ashamed of its behaviour, even though the hotel, despite the booking confirmation, had neither set up the meeting room nor the confirmed rooms were properly allocated.

Shameless and incapable

I had little expectations because of poor reviews, but the location was rather disappointing.According to the receptionist, this was the suite.Hole in couch and bed covers,beds where it is too easy to slip apart.A refrigerator in the minibar,which is probably rarely cleaned.For 88€ DZ not much to expect, yet little to get for 3*.The only good thing was breakfast.

Defects

It's conveniently located between the city centre and the museum island, easy access to several tourist spots, which makes it possible to walk around, bars, cafes, markets, and a train station are very close by, and I recommend the hotel.

Excellent location

Although it is 15 km from the centre of Berlin, 40-45 minutes by train, the hotel is very cozy. It is practically inside a shopping mall with several shops and cinemas, and options for bars and restaurants. The downside is that we took a room with a window inside the mall and at night I had to get up and close it, since there was noise from a nightclub that is open until dawn.

Far, but pleasant.

It's very well located, close to the points of interest and close to the metro.We booked a room but no tenant and were given a fairly large and fairly decent apartment.The wifi worked properly.

 Good location.

The location: The hotel located right next to the Spree promised a nice stay in Berlin. Unfortunately, the Hotel Kurbat does not take advantage of the location at all. There is no restaurant, no bar, no way to sit at the Spree at night. Instead, you are referred to the adjacent Asians or Anatolia. The hotel: that the rooms are simply furnished, we knew, that's fine. But the cleanliness should still be there. Unfortunately, this was not 100% the case. In several rooms the bathrooms were not exactly appetizing. Moreover, throughout the hotel and in the rooms this is the carpet that could be cleaned in the rooms.
