The place seemed a little odd, and other reviews had led us to believe we would be entering the pits of hell, although once we got into the room, we found it to be very big with large windows on both sides, and a large bathroom with 2 showers. It was all very clean, and well connected with a direct metro to the centre only a 2 minute walk away. Certainly worth for the price, although make sure you arrive at your correct check in time, as the front desk didn't seem to be open at all times.

Good value and big rooms

The worst "hotel" I have ever slept in. Dirt and stench. Grumpy African at the reception, barely drank in English. Room on the 5th floor in the attic. Look at the pictures. AVOID !!!! 
I don't recommend the worst enemy.

Never, ever again !!!

Cleaning is a foreign word here,I'd rather sleep in the car.Everything is completely worn out and modest.The house is completely cleaned.That was really an attribution.It's out of the question for me.I can only warn everyone about it!

Accommodation is poor

What a disaster,I had booked a double room for two nights.The lady at the reception was very unfriendly,bocky.The room was very dirty,wherever there were spots and spider webs to be seen.It stinks,it's very loud,the mattress is very uncomfortable.

Never in my life

I've also traveled a lot to Africa but I never thought there could be anything like this in Germany in 2019 booked for one night 200€ for four rooms, for one extra night they would have cost 400€. We stayed only because it was 2pm and it was already paid. Even rude the old one.

This is bullshit.

I had booked an overnight stay for myself and 12 friends through spa breaks on the 19th of January at The Park Inn Manchester, we received confirmation and from that planned our evening around this by booking tickets to the Comedy Store.
I was contacted by Spa breaks on the 25th of September to say that the hotel had refused to take our booking as there is an event in Manchester that evening and can charge more for the rooms.
On checking the prices at the hotel we have found that the price per person is only £69 plus breakfast so the reason we have been given does not make sense and is not acceptable.
I have tried to contact the hotel on numerous occasions to speak to the manager but she is never available and has not rung me back as requested.
My friends and myself deserve an explanation for being treated so badly by The Park Inn Manchester and we will not be happy until we one.

Cancelled visit

The reception was relatively friendly, booked room was still occupied, alternatively a room was offered on the first floor. The hotel in the photo, the side house was larger, but closed, restaurant as well. Rooms apparently clean, but very crowded, dirty window frames, unattended environment in the bathroom. Very noisy, off road / race track, also very loud beer-drinking migrants or other black Africans until midnight in front of the door, who apparently belonged to the house. Positive traffic-damaged S-Bahn to Cologne - never again.

Hotel of the lower category

It's unbelievably rotten and rancid. It's loud and just creepy. The owner was unlikely to be friendly and the cost-sharing didn't work. Then he said I could go. If everything hadn't been booked out because of the fair, I would never have gotten down here. Absolutely no recommendation. I can only forgive one point, because breakfast was kind of okay.

Never again

I had to stay here because everything was booked out because of a fair. Never again! Dirty, it stinks, it's loud and every euro is too much for this place. Total mismanagement, you can't find the booking, you haven't seen a charge-off... Ergo: next time I'd rather go outside of Cologne looking for something. Every youth hostel is more comfortable and this house is more suitable as an hourly hotel for...

We had been looking for a simple and cheap accommodation. We came across the Park Hotel. When we arrived it smelled very unpleasant and the entrance area was not very attractive either. The lady at the reception was very!! unfriendly also spoke less good German. She immediately wanted us to pay.
