The whole package is absolutely fine and has satisfied us completely. The rooms are decorated with a lot of attention to detail, at the same time practical. The breakfast really does not leave any wishes. It was very nice and is welcome on another visit.

Advent in Dresden

Very friendly owner that knows his stuff about Dresden.

Location is around 2klm from the old city easily accessible by tram or if your game a Lime Scooter.

The property is a touch tired but the rooms a very clean. There is no shampoo conditioner or bath wash so you'll have to bring your own. No kettle, cups, coffee or tea in the room.

We were in a front room. We booked Saturday and Sunday nights. There's a 24hr Cafe across the road and some type of music venue. We slept with the windows slightly open for fresh air. It was noisy until 5am. To the owners credit he warned us it could be noisy.

We didn't try breakfast, there's numerous cafes that open from 7am nearby.

Overall it's priced about right. Only drawback is the traffic and cafe noise. 

Good B&B 

Quiet despite the busy streets, breakfast leaves no wishes open, hostess very attentive, guest parking spaces in front of the house. Sceneviertel Dresden Neustadt can be reached on foot, the old town by tram. We liked the house very well with a romantic flair  happy to return!

A Lovely Decorated Hotel With A Garden

A boutique hotel in a 19th-century villa, former Stasi listening centre during the East German period (DDR) in the heart of a neighbourhood we call the picturesque - many restaurants and food stores of all kinds in both atmosphere and quality, a somewhat gloomy impression with a few homeless and drugged in the nearby large park. But let's not dramatize, you feel safe if you respect certain points like in other neighbourhoods in a European city. No paranoia! Let's now talk about the actual accommodation.

That's a great surprise.

Been staying in this hotels a couple of times already and and on each occasion it was a very enjoyable stay (different rooms). This little villa is located in the Neustadt in Dresden with a good connection to the city centre, parking next to the hotel and plenty of restaurant in the vicinity to the hotel. The couple who runs the place were always very friendly and welcoming. 
All the rooms have individual design. It might not be everyone taste, but I found it very cosy and it suits the place very well. The rooms are super clean with a comfortable bed. We didn't really hear any noise from the street and had a good rest on each occasion. 
Next time we will definitely try breakfast :-)

One of my favourite hotels in Dresden

The interior of the villa Romantica is consistently drawn through. The entrance area, staircase and breakfast room are decorated with many small antique pieces of furniture and decorative elements. The rooms are lovingly decorated, although some might call it slightly kitschy. But in the overall impression of the hotel/pension the mattress is perfectly suited. The mattress is not too hard/soft, only the noises are a little louder, because right in front of the door runs a tramway. Especially when you meet the extremely friendly owner who cares for the guests in a loving way, the facilities fit perfectly. Also the short breakfast is perfectly suited for 10€ savings.

Sweet Pension With Loving Owners

It's a great guesthouse. I can only recommend breakfast. It's a very delicious breakfast made on request. The cleanliness is top notch. You look very gorgeous. Right outside the door you have all the locations of the New Town and a perfect connection to the Old Town.

Vacation after work

I have stayed here on two occasions for two weeks each visit
The proprietors are very, very friendly and unfailingly helpful
The location is excellent with a 15 minute tram ride to the centre at Theatrplatz
The rooms are simple but well furnished
The bathroom is good with lots of hot water
Breakfast is good 
I could not recommend Villa Romantika more highly and I shall certainly stay there again on my next visit

Very, very friendly

It's a cute little hotel, a secret tip, in Dresden, New Town, with a love of detail, the garden is super nice, a tip: rooms with a view of the garden, free parking, the hotel is near the city.
