Unrenovated, old room, cleaning staff who didn't clean our room during our stay, I arrived at this hotel derived from the hotel ibis I had booked, as it was full and I was transferred the reservation to the hotel cockpit with breakfast as compensation, as the reception staff wanted to charge me for breakfast because they didn't know it was breakfast...

A very normal hotel.

I could smell smoke that was not good!!

and there were no elevators!

The staff were helpful to help me with the luggage..

The breakfast was OK.

Hope they can separate smoking and non smoking rooms

A mediocre one

It's about a mile from the airport, but unfortunately there's no shuttle service, you could walk, good service, rooms are good, but unfortunately there's no elevator, which isn't so good with a little more luggage.

Very close to the airport

I stayed at this hotel almost just to sleep, I must say it has a good price ratio and offers free parking, comfortable rooms and clean environments, nice calls to the planes, nice staff.

Passing by

I have stayed at the hotel two times for business purposes. It is well located if you have business to attend to in the area surrounding the airport and the airport itself is only a 3-5 minute bus ride away. You can also really easily reach it with a half hour train ride coming from the central station, which I found very convenient. From the train station it only takes a short walk to get to the hotel. There is a supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy in close walking-distance as well as multiple places you can get good food. 

The rooms are pretty big compared to other hotels, though you can tell that the hotel and interior is rather old and not up to date. The mattresses are pretty soft and weirdly springy, which makes them rather uncomfortable in my opinion. The floors are carpeted so you have to keep that in mind if you have any allergies. Other than that the rooms also have a small table and chairs, a tv and small closet with hangers. The doors and the walls are pretty thin so you will hear a lot of what is going on on the hallways and in rooms next to yours. As the hotel is located in proximity of the airport and next to a busy road it can get quite noisy especially with the windows open. 
The hotel also doesn't have any elevators and a rather big amount of stairs and no room is accessible for people with disabilities. 

The bathrooms are okay. What I don't like is that the shower heads doesn't have any settings to change, so they only operate with a power/massage setting, which isn't really convenient or comfortable especially when you want to wash longer, thicker hair. During my second stay the light in the bathroom also only turned on after turning the light switch on and off multiple times, which also was very annoying. 

The breakfast is rather nice. They have a large variety of teas and also a variety of coffee drinks from a machine. They always offer a variety of bread, spreads, cheeses and meat, yoghurt, a variety of fruit and juices as well. 

I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. 

All in all an okay hotel, nothing more and nothing less. But enough if you need a place to stay for a couple of nights and don't want to spend a lot of money.

The hotel is close to the airport and the ambiance is a little outdated. A renovation would do quite well. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately this hotel does not have a restaurant.

For one or two nights, okay?

I was on my way and needed a cheap hotel near Hamburg with parking for one night. So I took my car there. I booked this one online accordingly. When I arrived, after 11:00, I was able to find that no one was at the hotel's reception and the front door was locked, with the notice that Late Arrivals could pick up their keys from another hotel, only half a mile away. So I took my car there. A lot of fun, if anyone was walking there. At the reception of the other hotel (Kocks Hotel) I was able to get the key.

Aircraft accessories and parts thereof

I was on a business trip in Hamburg and needed a hotel near the airport, so I came across this hotel. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. However, the facility has already gotten a little old. The room size was sufficient and I lacked nothing in the bathroom either (Föhn was available, for example). The breakfast is a joke, however. Eggs or bacon is in vain, and except for a few loaves and a couple of marmalades and 2 kinds of sausage, you can't really find anything if you leave out the 2 kinds of cereal. However, this staff was quite decent and helpful. In the nearby area there are also many snacks, so if you get something on each case. But you can't eat anything in the hotel for a whole night, and I can't say anything about a large bag of cereal, but I can't say anything about a whole night in the hotel with a large bag of Lerner.

Enough for one night

A cute little hotel with a fun theme that is very convenient for airport travelers! Easy to get to from the train and easy to get to the airport. There are a few restaurants and a little grocery store within a quick walk.

Convenient location and large rooms

This is not a new hotel and not a 5 star hotel, but if you need to spend a night or two near Hamburg Airport this is a good choice. The beds are fine, the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast was good and the service excellent.
