Due to a private accident, we were prevented from entering our planned stay at the Hotel Eilenriede on 21 December 2018. We had booked this stay through a booking portal. Here we could have cancelled the stay free of charge until 2 p.m. the same day. Early in the morning of the arrival day, we called the hotel and booked the booking. Here we were told that everything would be arranged, including the booking portal. I had a newly renovated room under the roof overlooking the gardens. The bathroom was small but sufficient. I could sleep by open windows. There are darkening curtains.
