Beautiful rooms and very friendly people. Very centrally located in Erbach, right next to the castle and 100 metres from the market square. We feel particularly noteworthy about breakfast.

It's wonderful.

The hotel's location is central and at the same time quiet right behind the castle. The staff is very friendly. The room was of a pleasant size as well as the bathroom. Everything is very clean and tidy. Part of the equipment has gone through the years. The shower bathroom is very narrow and the entrance requires some mobility. The bed was quieter and the mattress was too hard for us despite the extra topper. The breakfast was varied, the breakfast room was raw and comfortable.

Nice quiet hotel in the centre of Erbach

Our stay here couldn't have been nicer! Located in the Altstadt, modern but with a traditional feel.  Friendly, helpful staff and diligent in covid guidelines.  Parking behind the hotel with a perfectly maintained courtyard.  We have traveled much of Europe and most of Germany and I have yet to remember a better breakfast. It even outshines any castle we have stayed in.  And a minibar which is a true luxury!!!  Quiet and very clean. I would return to Erbach just to stay here again!

Lovely Hotel

2018. We were in Erbach for a night and stayed in the armory. I had a beautiful room on two floors, everything is clean and well maintained. There is even a balcony. The operation is family friendly, very friendly staff. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the center and castle. Parking is available behind the house.

That's great.

The hotel is located right behind the castle in a small, empty alley. It is clean and the facility is well maintained. The room was not as comfortable as the rest of the rooms, but everything was fine (the walls once needed a new painting). Unfortunately, the Wlan Hotspot is not functional. Also, the TV did not receive standard transmitters, such as Pro Seven, Sat 1, RTL or Cable 1. For this, there is a point deduction in the rating. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good. From self-conscious crepes to waffles, bread and cereal slices to fresh slices, there was almost everything you need for a good start to the day. There was no fruit, but different sauces. The staff is attentive and I would recommend the hotel.

Careful, family environment

The hotel's parking lot was not very easy to find. The room was large and furnished with older furniture. The bathroom was quite new, however. The owner was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was quite small, but very tasty. The Internet, however, is costly.

The Hotel Uriges

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was already relatively good. Otherwise the hotel has unfortunately gone into years, the furnishings of the rooms and the bathrooms could be modernized.

Price + performance match!

Located in the center of the city on the beautiful Erbacher Schoss. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Free parking at the hotel. Very quiet, there is hardly any car traffic. Thanks for a great weekend in Erbach.

Clean and centrally located

Great little hotel in Erbach. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable, the one we were in was recently renovated and although we didn't bring them on this trip was a dog friendly room. The hotel is all  you would expect for the area, staff are very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Although they said the offer WiFi through a t-mobile hotspot we were unable to get a connection. A plus is also the parking at the rear of the hotel, this has to be entered through Bruekenstrasse as our sat nav tried to steer us through one way streets.

Quaint hotel with great service

With family in nearby Michelstadt, we booked into the Wappenstube based on other reviews we'd read here.  We were NOT disappointed.  The rooms were clean and comfortable, and included both breakfast and free off-street parking in the price.  And about that breakfast... perhaps the best I've seen in any hotel in Germany!!  Everything from eggs, meats, and cheeses to delicate heart-shaped waffles, crepes, and fresh raspberries.  They even had a fire going in the quaint dining room to take the chill off the morning.  You're right behind the palace here, so an easy walk to all the old town has to offer.  This is definitely going to be our new go-to hotel in the area.
