Fantastic!! booked via Booking, knowing I would be late, they sent an email with a code to put on the safe at the entrance, clean room in the standard well furnished and comfortable, a bit expensive in my opinion but if we calculate that it was also Octoberfest... there is, not bad

That's great!

This is a no frills hotel in an industrial zone some 30 min from the city centre. It is good value for money if all you need is a place to sleep. 

There is no reception staff on hand after 12 pm on weekends and 3 pm on weekdays. You have to contact the hotel on the day of arrival to get a code to access the key and checkin on your own. 

The beds and pillows are comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast at €8 is good and I highly recommend it to kick off the day ahead. 

Location is good only if you have a car and parking is free. Otherwise it will be very challenging to get here by public transport. 

Stopover in Munich

was lousy service and just ok rooms. not much else to say unfortunately, hard to fill out 200 characters when everything was just ok. really trying my best to fill this spot out, but was just standard european business hotel .

The hotel is a bit hidden but once you find it, there are enough parking spaces, even behind the hotel. Arrival was at 8:00 p.m. The reception was already closed but I got to my keys via a key soap after a previous phone call. The rooms are very clean and modernly decorated. The only drawback is that it is very bright, as there is no carpet in the hallway and it also has a little hostel character in the hallway. All in all, I am very satisfied and for a short business trip I will also book the hotel again.

Clean and modern

Remotely located in an industrial park and best reached by taxi or Uber. Bus is intermittent. To reach the nearest subway, Uber will cost 12 euros each way. Staff is friendly but only available until 5pm. Front door is left unlocked for access. Very clean rooms and quiet at night with no activity as you are surrounded by businesses. A large grocery store is 15 min walk away. I stayed during Oktoberfest and found rates reasonable compared to others. Even with the costs of Uber, it was still cheaper. It is an alternative.

This place is only suitable for the non-fussy and travellers with own transport.

Rooms are basic and clean.
There's no kettle for hot water, no reception after 5pm and no public transport nearby. 
Wi-Fi is good. 


Cheap but incovienent location! 

There were plenty of parking spaces, check-in was easy outside reception hours, breakfast buffet was plentiful, but unfortunately, despite all our efforts, there was no promised gluten-free cake in the morning.

Very nice rooms in the industrial area

I had a problem that could happen to anyone. The reception closes at 5 p.m. I had been warned that I would arrive between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. I arrived at 6 p.m. on time and the reception was closed. A sign with a phone number said to call if needed. I called N° times but no one answered me. After 20 minutes I was able to contact the booking service which helped me solve the problem. The hotel had sent me an email a few hours earlier (which of course I hadn't read while traveling) with instructions on how to find my keys from my room. After 40 minutes we were able to get into the room, stuck after a day of travel. Thanks booking!!!!!!!! The reception girl supported discreetly, but I didn't receive any phone calls!!!!! I just have to go to the hotel and have a good personal cleaning and spaces.

Sometimes it's not enough.

Yes, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but it has nice, renovated rooms and a minibar. Unfortunately, you have to drive to eat, there's nothing nearby. The hotel is quite loud, especially when it comes to noise from the hallway, it's actually between the rooms. The breakfast is a little above average, the staff is very friendly. I was at a fair here in Munich and the hotel had below-average prices compared to other hotels, 50 per room, so the price performance ratio was great.

Very beautiful, renovated rooms in the industrial area

Stayed here at the beginning and ending of our vacation. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold choices and were quickly refilled when almost empty. Staff was helpful and quick to respond to any special requests (we asked for a fan in the room and had it within 10 minutes). The bar and small menu during the evenings offered a good wine pour and light meal options. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Is walking distance to the Marine Platz (1 mile) and near several museums too.
