But I got the same result for 60€ hotels, and the hotel itself didn't have anything special to justify that price, and the rooms were okay, nothing special, two single beds as a double bed, standard.

It could have been better for the price.

The reception was super friendly, the bar in the lobby area is fine, the rooms are simple and in need of renovation, the bathroom is small and old, just not suitable for the price, breakfast in the basement is your crown.

If it has to be

A small, unpretentious but acceptable hotel for a night conditioned to request a room on the courtyard side and well upstairs. The courtyard is indeed a vague car park with carpet and street side overlooks a large artery that is almost a highway with monstrous traffic and the constant noise of sirens. The air conditioning on the street side is bad and even the closed window is hellish noise. On the courtyard side, you can sleep the window open and there is no air conditioning. The cleanliness is sufficient, the space is narrow, payable and poorly ventilated and therefore highly discouraged. The breakfast is fortunately cozy and in service. For a good spa, for three nights the night is free.

Acceptable

I booked the hotel over HRS and based on the reviews. Actually everything is fine... but for the price... the hotel is located on two busy streets. The windows are great, so you can barely notice the noise of the street. Friendly, friendly check in. My room was large, convenient furnishing (small desk). Overall, but there is no love for furnishing and detail! Bathroom is also fine - everything very clean! Wellness area - small, but fine - there is also a lack of small details to arouse the guest's enthusiasm. Address is fine, but by placing a few screws, the house could be made a much better address.

... with clear air up...

We had booked an overnight stay on an HRS deal and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is close to the centre, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. There are affordable parking spaces in front of the hotel (max. 2h) and in the courtyard for 6€ a day. The room (behind) was quiet and well equipped. Although without a minibar, the hotel bar was open for a long time. The breakfast (in the deal for 6€) was excellent for this price. The service was good. We felt very comfortable.

Hotel near the centre

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and large. Check-in and check-out was absolutely friendly and fast. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. Great city hotel with friendly and perfect service.

Nice room, great service.

Clean rooms,  a bit small but just fine.  Bathroom is clean.  Beds fine,  pillows are lacking though... Too small (feathers and they compact to nearly nothing). Staff is very friendly. Parking limited but if you get a spot it's very convenient and free.  Breakfast was very good, everything fresh.  Great coffee machine.  Would stay again and recommend. 

Very nice

Great location - easy walking distance to the Palace, Square and the train station.  Nice park for walking/running across the main road.  Breakfast was good.  Parking was convenient. Windows do a great job of keeping the traffic noise out.  Staff were very helpful and friendly.
It was hot in Ludwigsburg when we were there and the rooms were very hot. The AC did not work and no fans were available. The hotel is at the intersection of 2 busy roads and it is too noisy to have windows open.  Marginal wifi.

Decent Hotel/Great Location

I just finished my 5 day stay at Blauzeit at Ludwigsburg, and I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Many previous reviewers expressed concern with expensive internet. Now the internet is free, and very fast. The breakfast was excellent, and also the staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms are somewhat small for american standard, but quite normal for Germany.  There is a lot of traffic and noise if your room is facing towards the street, as mine was, but if you close the window, you will not hear much. So all in all, this is a very good hotel worth the price.

Free internet & excellent breakfast

Either a short or a long term business trip, I recomend this hotel.
Comapired to what I've seen arround Germany it's one of the best at this price range.
Breakfast is good, service is professional, location is perfect (10 min. walk from city center).
One main point would be the Spa, they will open it even for one gast, and it perfect after a hard work day.
